Tips for people who wanna get better at the game and this is coming from a MR33/Legendary 3 1. Do Your Starchart, doing your starchart pushes you to get your Story Quests quicker and easier but also, you are way more open to alot of more new things and can become better. 2. Find as many mods as possible, the more mods you have the more your able to upgrade your build and just having alot of mods can save you from just having them, in for instance some mods you'll use, some mods you won't. 3. Do your Story Quests, I don't think I need to explain considering it's self explanatory but I will, Doing your story quests pushes you far into the game and will let you do end game content, that you can't do if you didn't do your Story quests And you unlock some serious Weapons and warframes alot of them you can't get without doing the story quests. 4.Get your MR up, the higher the MR the more things you can build in the terms of warframe and guns, without high MR, you're screwed just like most things in the game if you lack them, If you only care about the weapons Go for MR 14 And if you care about rivens Go for MR 16, Let me explain, The highest MR lock on guns is MR14 And the Highest MR lock on rivens is MR16, This is why I say pick 1 of them Or you can definitely go for both, It just depends on how far do you wanna take your MR up to another level 5.Get Rid of Q/A chat, There is ALOT of misinformation, and just alot of SmoothBrains 6.If you would like some better tips coming from me and would like to have godly damage and survivability, I would check these 2 youtubers for material 1. Brozime, Brozime is a UA-camr for builds going from level 100 to level 1000-5000 and sometimes level cap (9999) but its very rare, He is just your Steel Path Generic Star Chart chill game play kind of guy (Steel chart is just a harder version of the game, you have to complete your starchart and your story quests, It's definitely worth it considering you get alot of Significance Items, which I will not say because it would be a spoiler) 2.Knightmareframe is a youtuber for doing Level 1000-9999 (Levelcap) builds with very niche Gimmicks and full investments and not so very chill gameplay, because you will have no balls left, Literally, also definitely not new player friendly. I hope this gave you some useful information and enjoy the game. Goodluck, Let's see if you can rise to the top. PS - Please like this so many other more people see this instead of watching a 10 minute video full of memes instead of information, would gladly be appreciated.
I cant say this is the most comprehensive guide for a new player. If anything I would title this as a "Milestone Guide" since there's still plenty that a newbie wouldn't understand. my tips and shiz 1. find someone who can help you be it irl or in game, you'd be surprised how nice some people are and they just dont want your plat 2. grind at your own pace to avoid burnout 3. people will taxi you to farm mats just ask nicely in recruit 4. the wiki and "beginner tips" can help you if you get stuck or are confused on the 11 years of spaghetti DE has 5. the quest rewards are actually viable gear till endgame. nataruk, xoris, skjajati, and broken war 6. DONT USE THE REWARD BROKEN WAR TO MAKE WAR 7. have fun and fashion is endgame

@@rodrodrodrodrod I really hate how they throw new players into Cetus and then Solaris, nothing useful (only fortuna later on after having access to amps and PT) It’s just best to do the quest like my dad and go off for milk for 20 years 👍🏻
I do want to say that a good tip for f2p players is to get Deimos faction to lvl 5 as soon as possible bc unless you have someone trade you a fish the game doesn’t mention that to get the fish you need for the necramech you have to be lvl 5 standing with the entrati family(the bait used to get the fish)
As someone who is fairly new, started 10 months ago, this is no longer relevant to me. However, out of every "new player guide" video I have seen, this has to be the best one I have seen. It doesn't focus on plat making, and assuming that new players will understand about trading. It talks about good areas that are nice for new players, like Duviri. I grind for the shop daily, and has been my biggest help catching up to veterans. Also getting a free augment in the circuit has gotten me ready for SP. This is the best casual guide I have seen, and would easily recommend it to new players.
Helminth needs MR8 to use, feel like that should have been mentioned because by the time you reach Deimos you probably wont be MR8 and need to level some weapons/companions to get there
Did overlook that thanks for letting me know. Still wanna prioritize grinding that standing even if you Arnt at 8 yet tho but yah that’s a woopsies on my part 😔
@@ShiroNature yeah getting the standing there is really usefull early on, was also he firs syndicat i got to rank 5 since i could just grind for a day and keep the tokens. also a solid aya farm imo if you cna do the tier 5 bounty
pretty deece advice and knowledge. Good stuff. Would be good to mention that Zephyr is an amazing warframe for the open world content until you get the archwing. And Volt i've found is a really good warframe for all content, and while i came up with a 0 forma build that makes use of all slots it requires the augment mods for the 1st and fourth ability and several of the corrupted mods. if/when i remember to verify what the exact build is i'll type it out here later.
@@MageSkeleton I love zypher as well, actually who I used starting out. The thing is though I didn’t wanna say “use this, use that” so avoided saying to use anyone specific. Why I went with excal since he’s a starter and basic modding and how it works for others to play and mod how they want too.
As another MR L4 i think you need to mention that these things do take time especially early on in the game. If you can find a friend to go with then do it but don't expect things to be OP in the first few hours of playing. It's a LONG GAME
Goode video, I didn’t even know that increasing your mr would also increase your mod capacity, I knew it can increase your daily standing limit, your maximum void traces held and gives you access to more weapons, thank you Shiro very cool
It’s def a thing people overlook. Just to clarify it does not “add” more capacity, just at rank 0 you have more room. At level 30 for a weapon or frame, you will have the same capacity at max rank no matter the mastery. Just helps having high mastery so you don’t need to put all the mods on again after each and every forma 😞
One more note on Mastery, K-Drives (and all vehicles in fact) have double mastery exp value, same as Warframes. K-Drives can easily be levelled just doing races in Orb Vallis, which you need to do anyway to rank up with the Ventkids to get more K-Drives. It was actually far and away my favourite part of the entire journey to max mastery at the time. If you don't want to use the free K-Drive to do races, Merulina is completely fine until you can craft your first K-Drive.
Intrinsics from both Railjack and Duviri are also both a great source of MR with the early levels in particular having the potention for a fairly large boost, though my understanding is they have moved the Duviri Paradox quest later in the starchart now.
That’s not the only goal in Warframe. You can do the open worlds bosses (eidolons etc..) get cool frames, finish all quests and way more . After 1500 hours, I’m still mastery 12 and loving the games. Mastery is just one goal of MANY in this game.
I agree with duviri, you get frames. BUT also you get to experiment with frames that you dont have and be like "damn this frame kinds slaps" and you get exited to get that frame later and same with weapons. Then if you play it enough you can get kullervo by just grinding components and material in the duviri paradox, and kullervo is a pretty nice frame that makea number go brrrrrrrrrrr *insert gabber/speedcore/extracore buildup* so yeah duviri is AWESOME for new players they get the ability to obtain over half of the available frames, and not to mention the frames that are available consists of Nekros, Trinity, Hildryn, Mirage, Saryn, Octavia, Nova and Ash, which all can do insane numbers or just be the best support. also Khora which previously required selling your soul to Simeris and hear "HUNTER" all the time. Not to mentioned that throughout the playthrough of Duviri youll gain the ability to upgrade your thingies like extra ducats and extra dmg per ducat, and the ducat system allows for weakly modded folks to not feel left out!
@@Tekke334because you will burn yourself out if you do. Also, it is better to just find what you like early on so you can grind for weapons and frames that help with that playstyle
Gone for a year and now you get a random warframe to lvl up 30 rank each week Nice. You didn't pick the GOAT warframe Volt/Volt prime but Nice. How to farm and lvl up warframes and wepons at the same time is to do Relic defense missions for prime parts. You can also sell these prime parts for plat if you get doubles. Sell as a full set Sidenote: MR 16 (For tenet weapons) is the highest Masteey Rank you need to use everything in the game. Anything higher is for completionists.
All due respect, I don't think that Excalibur in the thumbnail is staring at the board. I think his eyes are gravitating towards just how T H I C C Wisp is.
Overall I agree that this is the best way to go form MR 0 to MR30. However, I'm not a huge fan of Duviri Circuit. Depending on the Rotation and the Frame you chose, you can end up with a frame you can't craft (Baruuk for example). And most frames are already easy to farm. I would say Trinity, Ash, Oberon, Mesa, Atlas, Khora, Revenant and maybe Saryn, Octavia and Harrow have a better grind in the Circuit. I'm also not a huge fan of making some missions entirely obsolete because of the Circuit but it's another debate. The other question is that, does ranking up to MR30 quickly really matters ? Sure, you have access to really good rewards (Relay Blessings, Umbra Forma, Legendary Cores) but when you reach it you don't really need them. At MR 16 you have unlocked everything besides this. It becomes worse if you sold a lot of weapons that you will have to farm again after reaching MR30, especially with some weapons being buffed by Incarnons for example. I didn't see any guide here to have access to more Warframe / Weapon slots. I would say a MR16 player that have some corrupted mods, one or two galvanized mods, some rare mods like Vital Sense, Condition Overload, Blood Rush, some Nightmare mods, one or two primed mods, a few Arcanes and progressed a little bit on every zone of the game, would do a better job that a player that focused entirely on reaching MR30. Warframe is a marathon, not a sprint.
Reaching rank 16 does not matter in the slightest in that logic. At that point why even rank up mastery when like I showed in the video, you can do the whole star chart with just pressure point organ shatter excal. You don’t need any other weapons. Would you enjoy using that all the time? I would hope not and would assume the viewers would also think like that and use their own frames and level/build their own way. I’d rather just show tips and things to prioritize then saying “use this build” and my video so not a platinum guide, just tips on where u could farm after leveling and going through the star chart. Also getting to MR30 you forgot that you get 30 rivin slots which is a total of 1800 platinum that is a HUGE save so there are def perks to grinding past 16. But yes you don’t even need mastery to begin with I guess Excalibur solos 👍🏻
@@ShiroNature But what about after Starchart ? Steel Path, Arbitrations, Sorties, Archon Hunts, EDA will need a little more than what you shown. Right after hitting MR30 you will face up a huge wall of difficulty, while other players may have the tools to bypass it. I don't ask for a deep guide on Platinum farm, I only think that it is important to adress the problem of Warframe Slots. Especially if you want to play different Warframes and or weapons. The 30 Riven Slots are additionnal to the purchasable ones so in the end you will end up paying those 1800 Platinum but I understand that starting with 30 more free slots is a good thing. I'm not a Riven Enthusiast so I don't really know if focusing on Rivens at this point is a good idea or not. I would think no but I may be wrong. Like I said, Warframe is a Marathon, not a sprint. You'll get exhausted very quickly if you keep rushing some content, then rush something else while another player, doing multiple things may enjoy more the game. Maybe we just have a different opinion on why and how to play the game.
@@APLItsFlauline yah I didn’t want the video to be too long, EDA and whispers is just more new end game content and again didn’t wanna get into too many quests. I understand how many may disagree with how I played through vs how others may play and enjoy it different, my point of this video was these were the things I did which I got asked how I progressed so quickly to LR4, so I just wanted to give tips up to the point to where you should have access to farm and get these things yourself. My point of this video was all of this can be done without spending much at all as a free to play player. I went through every grind in the game legit like hespar, lato vandal, and other terrible grinds. Some people can just say yes and skip it or take another way there is no wrong answer, it’s good for others to have different opinions so I just wanted to point out your progression through the star chart is since most players get lost and don’t know what to do. Having key things to grind for is always helpful and just basic understanding of mods will help a new player find out their own fun way to grind and complete their arsenal. Glad we had this comment so others can see and discuss others POVs 🫶🏻

4.Get your MR up, the higher the MR the more things you can build in the terms of warframe and guns, without high MR, you're screwed just like most things in the game if you lack them, If you only care about the weapons Go for MR 14 And if you care about rivens Go for MR 16, Let me explain, The highest MR lock on guns is MR14 And the Highest MR lock on rivens is MR16, This is why I say pick 1 of them Or you can definitely go for both, It just depends on how far do you wanna take your MR up to another level
5.Get Rid of Q/A chat, There is ALOT of misinformation, and just alot of SmoothBrains
6.If you would like some better tips coming from me and would like to have godly damage and survivability, I would check these 2 youtubers for material 1. Brozime, Brozime is a UA-camr for builds going from level 100 to level 1000-5000 and sometimes level cap (9999) but its very rare, He is just your Steel Path Generic Star Chart chill game play kind of guy (Steel chart is just a harder version of the game, you have to complete your starchart and your story quests, It's definitely worth it considering you get alot of Significance Items, which I will not say because it would be a spoiler)
2.Knightmareframe is a youtuber for doing Level 1000-9999 (Levelcap) builds with very niche Gimmicks and full investments and not so very chill gameplay, because you will have no balls left, Literally, also definitely not new player friendly.
(Like how you said "choose Excalibur" and he magically turned into EXCAL UMBRA)
But it did have some good nuggies of knowledge while still being entertaining :D
Extra shoutout to Light for the thumbnail art, its SO GOOD
Brilliant ! I'm only 3 days in and this'll help heaps. Thanks and Subbed !!
my tips and shiz
1. find someone who can help you be it irl or in game, you'd be surprised how nice some people are and they just dont want your plat
2. grind at your own pace to avoid burnout
3. people will taxi you to farm mats just ask nicely in recruit
4. the wiki and "beginner tips" can help you if you get stuck or are confused on the 11 years of spaghetti DE has
5. the quest rewards are actually viable gear till endgame. nataruk, xoris, skjajati, and broken war
6. DONT USE THE REWARD BROKEN WAR TO MAKE WAR
7. have fun and fashion is endgame
not being able to get warframe slots in the nightwave shop for nightwave creds is so bs. Only getting one slot per act is a pain as well, since acts last for like 5 months.
Me who has avoided duviri like the plague because I started the initial part one time but couldn't get more than 15 minutes in before having to log off for the day to find next time that none of my progress saved, and now in my brain the quest is a super long one that has to be completed in one session or your time was wasted: ._. no plz
But also ty, I fully intended to avoid duviri as long as possible
Edit: so I started the quest and it did in fact take one long session to finish it (cuz I was not risking having it restart). Fortunately its done now, and surprisingly it was one of the best quests I've done in a game. Very compelling, nice ending.
Great vid, finally got to the mars junction thanks to it. Who would have thought you needed to start the quest to pass through plains of eidolon on the map
@@rodrodrodrodrod I really hate how they throw new players into Cetus and then Solaris, nothing useful (only fortuna later on after having access to amps and PT)
It’s just best to do the quest like my dad and go off for milk for 20 years 👍🏻
Wish I could have had a video like this when I was starting out genuinely would have helped so much
I do want to say that a good tip for f2p players is to get Deimos faction to lvl 5 as soon as possible bc unless you have someone trade you a fish the game doesn’t mention that to get the fish you need for the necramech you have to be lvl 5 standing with the entrati family(the bait used to get the fish)
You can farm all the rare materials by doing the requiem oblisk things. I farmed all my resources from them cause I didn't like mining and fishing
You did my boy volt dirty in the beginning 😂
thank you SO MUCH for this vid, its EXACTLY what i was looking for and needed cuz i be a lost boi rn 😭
A nikke enjoyer I see, judging by the background music
As a little baby MR13 player this has expanded my addiction to get MR even more!
Baby...mr13...
thats like 150 hours
Nice video shiro! Hope to see more like this!
Just helps having high mastery so you don’t need to put all the mods on again after each and every forma 😞
the femboy boomstick. Is a name I won't forget.
I remember when Cetus came out and it was still useless back then, the grind was fun though so I can’t complain
peak warframe video, great job man
One more note on Mastery, K-Drives (and all vehicles in fact) have double mastery exp value, same as Warframes.
Spread out your mod upgrades, dont try to max a 10 level mod immediately, it is too expensive for most early players
That’s not the only goal in Warframe. You can do the open worlds bosses (eidolons etc..) get cool frames, finish all quests and way more . After 1500 hours, I’m still mastery 12 and loving the games. Mastery is just one goal of MANY in this game.
And excalibur just looks awesome
New players seeing this: nice! A hopefully helpful video.
Veterans watching this video: Wisp booty 😏😏😏👌
Bonus step:sniff kuva like its coke trust me it works
It helps out with grinding
Me with 3,000+ hours:
Ah yes, new player, that's me.
also legendary 4 here
best asvice fo warframe is to not rush mr.
Why not rush it ?
Because it chips away from enjoyment @@Tekke334
@@Tekke334because you will burn yourself out if you do. Also, it is better to just find what you like early on so you can grind for weapons and frames that help with that playstyle
After getting Rhino I was sure he was headed straight to Helminth for some Roar.
0:47 he's him. Never regretted my decision and always my first choice.
❤ Helpful Shiro hours rn
Teacher wisp is doing things to me...
Ngl that thumbnail making me act up.
Ok well I booted the game up got the electro character and I did some task I guess like 2 rn this video did help thanks 😊
10 min guide for the game ❌ 9 min of memes 1min of actual content
Gone for a year and now you get a random warframe to lvl up 30 rank each week Nice.
You didn't pick the GOAT warframe Volt/Volt prime but Nice.
How to farm and lvl up warframes and wepons at the same time is to do Relic defense missions for prime parts.
You can also sell these prime parts for plat if you get doubles. Sell as a full set
Sidenote: MR 16 (For tenet weapons) is the highest Masteey Rank you need to use everything in the game. Anything higher is for completionists.
The problem is, you can't craft the Archwing without getting materials from the Plains of Eidolon
@@joedoe7572 do a tier 5 bounty, run around ignoring the bounty and u get 5 irridite and gokdrul per container. Takes like 5 minutes
This is a really good early game guide yk?

All due respect, I don't think that Excalibur in the thumbnail is staring at the board. I think his eyes are gravitating towards just how T H I C C Wisp is.
You get Excalibur Umbra pretty early on... It took me 120 hours to reach The Sacrifice quest LOL
I miss when loki was a starter frame
Man, I wish I had to very paradox when I first started out.
I’ve been playing this game since 2013 I’m a legendary 4 now
Shortest lore explanation fr fr
I damn playing 100+hrs and just discovered that I can get things from Duviri outside the shop at the end of each run
But yes you don’t even need mastery to begin with I guess
Excalibur solos 👍🏻
"simple and just plain fun to use." But do you use a high range slash dash build?

I got back into Warframe the other day because I learned that I could recover my old mr12 account from quite a few years back and boy am I fucking lost
At least I got some later game stuff to make it hurt less
I wana be student again to have wisp as a teacher 😢
Zomg can't believe an LR4 doesn't know how to pronounce archwing smh. On a serious note though this is a great guide for progression if you dont care about story spoilers.
You don't need to farm the annoying stuff to get to MR30. For example, I'm MR30 and I'm not bothering with Liches. I have 3-4 of their weapons and none are leveled to 40.
@@Uthael_Kileanea I’d say it’s more pick ur poison, u could either do liches, or do the other annoying stuff like k drives, moas, and all tht stuff.
