I do two video every other days for two months. Even when I was tired, at least one 30 minus work out still help. By doing her videos I lost 7 kg in two months. This is the first time I watch work out videos and lost weight! Thank you JUNGDAYEON!

I've been following this for 2 months now 5x / week plus 1 hour zumba. I'm 42y.o just had an open abdominal surgery 6 months ago. After my doctor told me I can freely move I started to do light to moderate exercises. I found your videos to be helpful. I plan to do this forever ! Thank you for what you do!

Lo mejor que he visto en años !!!. Hay otros canales de ejercicios que visualmente son muy atractivos, pero en la practica es muy dificil seguir los ejercicios. Esto, al ser tan estructurado (hasta tienes que contar hasta el 8), no te pierdes nunca. Al principio los ejercicios pueden parecer muy suaves, pero luego va aumentando la intensidad y terminas con la lengua afuera. Me ha encantado!!!
Estoy de acuerdo contigo, la semana pasada empecé a buscar ya que deje de ir al gimnasio y anduve buscando y me super encantaron hice la rutina y termine con la lengua de fuera.

One of my fav exercise too. It took me a week to do it exact. I felt so much sweat coming out like I have never had this doing another exercise.forgot to mention, I've been doing this almost 2 months. It's worth it. You get motivated throughout this exercise from the groups.

I have worked out since I am 13 years old. This is one of the only workouts that make me sweat. I am the mother of 3 men and this is a fantastic workout for any age. I tried to keep doing this exercise since last year, but always gave up after few times. This year, my 7 years old daughter starts competition gymnastics, one day, i feel admire her strong figure. I decided to restart it again. Now I have kept doing it one week, four times, still hardly finished it every time. But my daughter loves to do this exercise. She still pushes me do it with her every time after her 3 hours gymnastics training. She says she feels muscle hurts, but she loves this kind of hurt😂.

I did this in 2014 & 2015. when the lockdown started, the first thing I remembered is this workout video. this is very good exercise for all ages and beginners. Although I have put on some weight, I still can manage to do it. Love this, and love the smile on you.
Finally!! A quiet exercise I can do while living in an apartment, but at the same time challenging enough to make me sweat. Looks silly at first, but it's tough!
I love the fact that your workouts are paced so well. Most workouts move so fast. Even if there are similar movements, it leaves me feeling worn out afterwards. Your workouts feel like a total body workout but I feel better after. I also like the counting. It's sort of like a meditation. Thank you!

I did have to stop a couple times in the last 10 minutes but jumped right back in after a few seconds of rest. I have been following your videos doing exercises for 10 years. I don't like play sports. But I like to follow your videos to dance figurerobics. Sometimes when I feel down, I just stay at home and turn on the video to do exercise. It's easy. After sweating a lot, I feel relax and can reduce stress. So, it really helps me a lot. I started doing this exercises 4 years ago when I was coming down with something like vertigo and dizziness. The problem hasnot yet gone away but I am now in a good shape making me proud of it.

I've been looking for a body fitness workout during this time of quarantine. I finally bump with this cute, simple & easy to follow workout video. I finished the whole 30 min routine & I really struggled a lot in the last part. This is the only workout that made me sweat a lot & it feels good. Dear Jungdayeon, I rarely post comments but I wanted to let you know that I have been doing your exercises ( this video is my favourite) on a daily basis for 5 days per week since April 2020. My original weight was 56.5kg. Today': 5th Jan 2021, my weight is 50.9Kg which surpassed my original goal of 52kg. I also kept a diary of what I ate and reduced unhealthy carbs and sugars. It was hard to start a daily exercise regime but I'm really glad I persevered and these days it's not a chore but an enjoyable part of my life. I feel so happy with my slimmer self and my husband is also amazed by the changes to my body shape! Nothing important in life is easy to obtain but exercise is one thing I have found that helps me to take back control. I love my sweat! Thank you and your team for all your efforts with making these videos. I also love that you are winking at me during the workout :) You're a STAR!

Hello Mrs. @Jungdayeon. I am Widia. I encourage myself to write to you and I have to say a lot of thank you. I browsed to UA-cam and I watched your figurerobics and I started to love it. I didn't do any workout for more than 15 years and because of your figurerobics, now I do the workout and follow your figurerobics workout videos randomly for at least 45 minutes above. I lose around 3 kgs of weight in a month. I will keep doing the workout and one more thing: the point is now I can't miss a day without exercising. Hopefully 43 years old will not be too late to restart for everything. Mrs @Jungdayeon, thank you to the figurerobics and you have great teams. Looking forward to waiting for your new videos soon.

I love doing this workout, it's my favourite workout because it's intense and motivating, I did this in yr 7 for a whole yr, and after school photos I compared my yr 7 photos to my yr 6 photos and my face looked sooooo different, yr 7 photos my face was tanned and thin, compares to yr 6 where I had a very round and pale face. I also gained muscle from this exercise I think because I gained one kg but looked skinner and healthier. I'll always stick to this exercise no matter what

Hoy hice esta rutina y me dejo impactada sude muchísimo, quedé temblando y por poco no la termino y eso que me salgo a trotar no aguante esta rutina completa pero la seguire haciendo hasta ver resultados y agarrar condición si la recomiendo que la hagan pero no en ayunas coman algo antes de realizarla para que no se les baje la glucosa

6th day doing this workout, and I feel much more relaxed doing the last part compared to the first time that I can only finish 13Minutes I’ll continue to do it for a month and see how much weight I can loose!! I’ve lost 5 kg for just 25days!! With eating healthy and exercise at least 15minutes daily, I didn’t do this straight for 25 days there are days I went jogging, sometimes just 15minutes of workout a day, but whenever I didn’t go jogging I will do this!!

I've been doing this exercise for about 2 months. So far, my weight or size haven't changed, but amazingly the shape of my bottom has changed a lot!!! It is UP UP UP! (LOL) Thank you!! My next target will be arms & inner thighs!

@@yinghong6381 其實我也是一位從當初胖胖的,我跳到現在差不多有5個月時間,我現在體重是52.5公斤,我每天堅持跟鄭多燕跳2次,說真的有時我也會累到不想跳,從一開始先跳15分鐘,跳到習慣了就慢慢加時間到65分鐘左右,我還有控制飲食,我是戒糖,戒零食,戒宵夜,三餐正常吃,午餐和晚餐白飯吃半碗左右,我吃午餐和晚餐前會先喝水,跟著吃肉,菜,最後才吃白飯。

昨年10月に出会い、何と1年が過ぎました。朝のヨガ🧘♀️45分間とこの33分間の全身運動を69才の自分に課してきました😄 本当は毎日が目標なんですが週5回位でずーっと続ける事出来ました。

いい加減にはやりたく無いのでキレ良くしっかりが目標。
週に1回だけジムスタジオレッスンに行きますが同年代の中では姿勢、柔らかさは1番だと自負してます😄

저는 저녁밥 먹고 밖으로 운동을 나가지 못하는 밤시간에 거의 이운동으로 칼로리 소모하고있어요
처음엔 땀도 나고 힘들었는데 이제는 동작 순서도 외워져서 할만해요 정다연님팀들과 함께하니 지루하지않고 오래 지속할수있는거 같아요

I do two video every other days for two months. Even when I was tired, at least one 30 minus work out still help. By doing

I've been following this for 2 months now 5x / week plus 1 hour zumba. I'm 42y.o just had an open abdominal surgery 6 months ago. After my doctor told me I can freely move I started to do light to moderate exercises. I found your videos to be helpful. I plan to do this forever ! Thank you for what you do!

Lo mejor que he visto en años !!!. Hay otros canales de ejercicios que visualmente son muy atractivos, pero en la practica es muy dificil seguir los ejercicios. Esto, al ser tan estructurado (hasta tienes que contar hasta el 8), no te pierdes nunca. Al principio los ejercicios pueden parecer muy suaves, pero luego va aumentando la intensidad y terminas con la lengua afuera. Me ha encantado!!!

One of my fav exercise too. It took me a week to do it exact. I tried to keep doing this exercise since last year, but always gave up after few times. This year, my 7 years old daughter starts competition gymnastics, one day, i feel admire her strong figure. I decided to restart it again. Now I have kept doing it one week, four times, still hardly finished it every time. But my daughter loves to do this exercise. She still pushes me do it with her every time after her 3 hours gymnastics training. She says she feels muscle hurts, but she loves this kind of hurt😂.

10여년전에 한참 열심히 해서 좋은 결과를 보았었습니다. 그 동안 수없이 많은 운동 동영상을 섭렵했었는데, 정다연님의 피규어 시리즈는 단연 탑오브 탑입니다. 일단 공동주택에 적합한 동작이고, 화려하지 않고 따라하기 쉬운 기본적인 동작들이지만 이 운동 동영상의 마법은 정말 잘 설계된 조합과 타이밍에 있다고 생각됩니다. 피규어로비의 유산소효과는 짧은 30분의 시간 동안에 무념무상으로 따라하기만 하면 어떤 비싼 러닝머신으로 1시간 뛴 것보다 훨신 낫습니다!

20代の頃こちらのDVDを購入して3ヶ月で80kgから65kgくらいまで減量できました。それからも体重は増えることなく減って40才になった今は標準体重ですがすっかり中年体型です。チョン・ダヨンさんを見習ってもう一度頑張ってみようと思います😊

I did this in 2014 & 2015. when the lockdown started, the first thing I remembered is this workout video. this is very good exercise for all ages and beginners. Although I have put on some weight, I still can manage to do it. Love this, and love the smile on you.

I love the fact that your workouts are paced so well. Most workouts move so fast. Even if there are similar movements, it leaves me feeling worn out afterwards. Your workouts feel like a total body workout but I feel better after. I also like the counting. It's sort of like a meditation. Thank you!

I have been following your videos doing exercises for 10 years. I don't like play sports. But I like to follow your videos to dance figurerobics. I started doing this exercises 4 years ago when I was coming down with something like vertigo and dizziness. The problem hasnot yet gone away but I am now in a good shape making me proud of it.

I've been looking for a body fitness workout during this time of quarantine. I finally bump with this cute, simple & easy to follow workout video. I finished the whole 30 min routine & I really struggled a lot in the last part. This is the only workout that made me sweat a lot & it feels good. I am on my 3rd day, hoping to do this for 7 straight days. Thank you, JUNGDAYEON! More power to you & to your beautiful team. Looking forward to seeing more of your FIGUREROBI video!

Dear Jungdayeon,
I rarely post comments but I wanted to let you know that I have been doing your exercises ( this video is my favourite) on a daily basis for 5 days per week since April 2020. My original weight was 56.5kg. Today': 5th Jan 2021, my weight is 50.9Kg which surpassed my original goal of 52kg. I also kept a diary of what I ate and reduced unhealthy carbs and sugars. It was hard to start a daily exercise regime but I'm really glad I persevered and these days it's not a chore but an enjoyable part of my life. I feel so happy with my slimmer self and my husband is also amazed by the changes to my body shape! Nothing important in life is easy to obtain but exercise is one thing I have found that helps me to take back control. I love my sweat!

Hello Mrs. @Jungdayeon. I am Widia. I encourage myself to write to you and I have to say a lot of thank you. I browsed to UA-cam and I watched your figurerobics and I started to love it. I didn't do any workout for more than 15 years and because of your figurerobics, now I do the workout and follow your figurerobics workout videos randomly for at least 45 minutes above. I lose around 3 kgs of weight in a month. I will keep doing the workout and one more thing: the point is now I can't miss a day without exercising.
Hopefully 43 years old will not be too late to restart for everything. Mrs @Jungdayeon, thank you to the figurerobics and you have great teams. Looking forward to waiting for your new videos soon.

I love doing this workout, it's my favourite workout because it's intense and motivating, I did this in yr 7 for a whole yr, and after school photos I compared my yr 7 photos to my yr 6 photos and my face looked sooooo different, yr 7 photos my face was tanned and thin, compares to yr 6 where I had a very round and pale face. I also gained muscle from this exercise I think because I gained one kg but looked skinner and healthier.
I'll always stick to this exercise no matter what

Hoy hice esta rutina y me dejo impactada sude muchísimo, quedé temblando y por poco no la termino y eso que me salgo a trotar no aguante esta rutina completa pero la seguire haciendo hasta ver resultados y agarrar condición si la recomiendo que la hagan pero no en ayunas coman algo antes de realizarla para que no se les baje la glucosa

6th day doing this workout, and I feel much more relaxed doing the last part compared to the first time that I can only finish 13Minutes I’ll continue to do it for a month and see how much weight I can loose!! I’ve lost 5 kg for just 25days!! With eating healthy and exercise at least 15minutes daily, I didn’t do this straight for 25 days there are days I went jogging, sometimes just 15minutes of workout a day, but whenever I didn’t go jogging I will do this!!

Perfect exercise to lose weight during the COVID lock down! Just started today and although I only managed to do up till 12 minutes, will continue everyday till I am able to pefrom the whole routine 💪

I've been doing this exercise for about 2 months. So far, my weight or size haven't changed, but amazingly the shape of my bottom has changed a lot!!! It is UP UP UP! (LOL) Thank you!!
