Just went to my LGS to have a conjugal visit with my thunder chicken and tried putting the cherry bomb on my ruger american. Nope. Can't put an SAE 1/2" socket made by Craftsman on the cherry bomb because the ring around the circumference of the brake precludes a socket from staring around the bolt. That's awesome engineering I guess. Also, no wrench flats at the back. The silencer is awesome, the brake is garbage.
Question, I just managed to find a 13.5x1LH cherry bomb that I planned on mounting on my SIG MPX. I just noticed on your website it says the 9mm cherry bomb doesn’t have a taper on the internal threads. Does this mean I can’t put it on my MPX barrel which I assume has a taper like my other SIG rifles or will it work just not be as good of a lock up? I appreciate any help!
any silencer that is HUB (1.375x24) compatible has the ability to mount onto the Q Cherry Bomb. you just need the Plan B (or compatible) HUB mount to attach to the silencer.
