We had to do the same thing on those 225s. We had the oxy torch to the one on film. That’s a terrible, terrible design. I must say, the Polaris is very well engineered. Not too much has had either of us asking why. Thanks for watching Michael!

Where did you get the primary clutch puller ?!!
I believe we ordered it from Amazon. It’s the same clutch puller for most Polaris machines.

Good stuff ,atleast it had a nut on the pivot bearing boult .unlike a 225dx. I had to cut mine off .dam rust .lol✌
