Great video! I appreciate it. I have Ambreine Natural in my bedroom perfumery palette, this is sort of chemically reworked tree resinoid, which is called "Labdanum on steroids". It is very strong, owns animalic, leather like qualities. I blended it with vanillin, iso e super and amroxan for a basic woody-amber accord. It works nicely in my opinion, I was satisfied with this. Hopefully, I will blend this with other amber raw materials, rose and honey naturals to create a perfume in far future.
I’m just starting out but I’ve made my first oriental/gourmand that includes sweet tobacco, dried cherries, almonds, benzoin, ginger, vanilla, black pepper, pink pepper, cardamom, allspice, bay leaf, and other ingredients it’s very powerful but this is my first one I just want to see if I’m on the right track but I’m very eager to learn I’ve never went to perfume school I’ve just been listening watching all I can to learn also I’m looking for a very good perfume kit that is not too expensive I am disabled/Retired so I’m just doing this cause I have a love for cologne and perfumes I love cooking and so far it’s like the same it brings out a passion if you have pointers or any tips I’d really appreciate it you guys are great!!!
Great vid! I actually had a bespoke made with quite a bit of cypress to give it that dark, hearty edge. Hardly mass appealing, but uniquely intriguing and frankly the stuff children's nightmares are made of. 😄 And herbal medicines? Could be one in the same actually. 😂
