​@@nemonespider Hi, Im using squareline studio to make the ui code. and its using lvgl libraries. lvgl have nice animation features. move x,y position, rotations, image frame animation etc.
check my last video. i create a OBP for square line studio. the board package make easy for code exporting and library handling.
i have plan to create OBP for t-display s3 also

which ide is your are using ? most probably the black is screen is because of tft_espi lirary. should youse correct library. and make sure TFT_eSPI > User_Setup_Select.h > uncomment #include
download any of my t-dsiplay s3code from github use tft_espi library from that. soon ill share obp for squareline studio. check my latest video. simply can export and flash it using platformio.
i tried in arudino ide its very hard to compile and library version keeping.

Squareline Studio in extremely overpriced. You either get a free, highly crippled version, or the cheapest paid 'plan' is $800 per year per developer. For most businesses, they want $2200 per year per developer, and for what? There is nothing even remotely close to that value in the software. If I had the time, I would take about a month to create an open-source alternative. Someone will soon. There is 100x the work gone into the LVGL libraries themselves, which are released for free, and Squareline is just exploiting that work.

Hmm.. i'm not much aware of licensing. i saw a post in lvgl forum about official LVGL’s editor. forum.lvgl.io/t/business-model-for-lvgls-editor/14939 . also i found two alternatives, EEZ Studio & NXP GUI slicer. as i told i have no idea about licensing. waiting for a better open source alternative.
