This is a very expensive fragrance. Very beautiful, but expensive. I am so glad that you described it so beautifully by mixing 3 middle eastern fragrances.

Adwoa, I just picked this up last week while vacationing in Italy. It is absolutely beautiful. I had never heard of the brand prior to purchasing. It’s absolutely beautiful.

I have never smelled this one and I love the Vanilla note.
One Vanilla that really surprised me and I fall in love and even got a back up bottle is Jovoy Fire At Will , it’s vanilla with mimosas and it’s so beautiful.

Ouuuu that will be the combo of combos. I haven’t tried fire at will but I understand it’s similar to escapade gourmand which I have a decant and love. I can imagine that combo ❤️👍

Hi Adwoa! How timely! I have never smelled this niche fragrance, but I just viewed a video that said Afnan has a new fragrance out called Blooming Bliss which is supposed to be inspired by.....Vanilla Powder. I'll have to be on the lookout!😊

It's sold out already! I could only get a sample from the Matiere Premiere site, but it gave me a chance to get a few other samples that looked nice. Thank you for the review. I've been trying to find the perfect vanilla for a family member. Fingers crossed!
Edit - I tried to find Souvenir Blooming Bliss but it doesn't seem to be in all the usual places I search. It looks like it just released June 26th.
Yes it is freshly released so a lot of sites and stores will stock soon I believe.

Vanilla Powder sounds lovely but there are so many great smelling vanilla scents out here. I may just get a sample and keep it moving. That price is a little steep for me right now. ❤

There is a more affordable scent which does create the same vanilla poudry cloud for about 6-8 hours deepending on the chemistry of the beloved body 😊. Alexandria - Signature. V S C, vanilla sandlewood and citrus. 45€
It is difficult to create such long lasting projection clouds for a low price, also with reflection and rays.
You should think about the background, I smell and sense a moment, I never sensed before. And it is so good, I want more.
The house of Carthusia is one of such houses, they place their scents half of Amouge and Creed, but they also performe extremly.
For example, Carthusia - helionthrophe a'maree 110€.
It is a performance beast
Since thirty years I kept scents like in a fort Knox, because they will not be produced like this again. When I am into a scent I always buy three units, one to use two to keep.
I still have one unopened bottle of the very first Fahrenheit from Dior and Poison.

I really like Encens Suave from Matiere Premiere, I've not tried Vanilla Powder, I saw it the other day though when I instead tried French Flower in store. Sadly the drydown was way too much ambroxan for me, I will go to try Vanilla Powder.
Fantastic! This is actually my first time trying anything from the house and quite pleased with it. Will love to sample more but they are not easily accessible from my current location. 😊
