Ah yes, the scratching thing. I bought a bracelet once with the same problem. Plus I came to the conclusion that typing and wearing a bracelet sucks so there’s that. I tend to never wear my bracelets so I don’t buy those any more
The reason I don't care for lab diamonds is they are mass produced, they are NOT natural, they will NOT hold their value like a natural gem. With that being said they are a cheaper alternative to mined diamonds, I would rather save up for a real diamond then purchase mass produced counterfeits. For example if you had a lab diamond and you wanted to pawn it, they wouldn't be interested. If you had a lab diamond and you wanted to trade it in, they also would not be interested, because they do NOT hold value.

The idea of lab grown diamonds is interesting. I would think they're more ethical than mined diamonds. I buy a lot of my jewellery secondhand.

They are the same material as mined diamonds (carbon) but without the human and environmental costs of mining.
