AGREED. He tried the ole-PTSD-routine.The way that man was screaming was horrific and the tasing while hand-cuffed was-TRASH. So glad the judge gave him 6 months in prison.

@westouchstone9370. I 💯 agree, other types of jobs especially in the military can leave a person suffering from PTSD but as you said, that's when you need to get a different job! It seems that only cops are allowed to use that excuse, I also blame their supervisors ,the union, some juries and prosecutors for often letting these disturbed police officers "off the hook".

And with having multiple sclerosis, one of the problems was going 3 months without medication to help me sleep destroyed 60% of my brain matter. It looks like one of those chalkboards that has kids you probably tried to erase them or at your teacher would ask you to well imagine when you get close to where those lines are but the Eraser size isn't getting in those areas that's what it looks like where the edges of the brain matter is it's not completely gone but it's enough gone that there are times when remembering even the most rudiment and simple things are as far away as if I never experienced it to begin with what I'm trying to either say or get across.

They're just going to prove that the people who are saying that there's a problem saying that the justice system is broken they don't understand that when we see things like this we're outraged at the fact that the judge isn't taking what that person's doing seriously. And in the end what's going on is that there basically breaking down those issues are Law and Order showing us that they don't care about those laws because everything that was in that was put on television for people to see and nobody has to be told that what they did was get away with breaking the law. So for those people out there, who say you can't paint all the police by two or three people who are the bad ones. I say it's not two or three bad ones. There was more than two people who was with this cop they all broke the law the two others in there and by extension every single other person on their Force who didn't talk about seeing what they those officers did or what they said when they were at at bars they went to after work or when they went to their place for a cookout. God knows they were involved with either arresting people that might have had a whole bunch of money especially if they're selling drugs well if they got 10 to 20,000 in cash how does the cops know whether or not they got every single dollar of what that person was actually carrying. Yeah I don't buy it that wasn't his first time breaking the law he broke the law plenty of times and I'm sure the judge didn't throw the book at them because they were guilty of doing the same thing when they were involved in crime or claiming to be a cop attacking crime but living in it. Until I see policemen going after other policemen for breaking the law as far as I'm concerned they're all part of the problem they're all part of those people who are corrupt. And I don't care which politician it is blue or red they're both as as tainted as these judges and the cops themselves They're all corrupt.

Probably more like 90 days, with good behavior. News reports state that Parks gave up his certification as part of the plea deal, but fail to mention misdemeanor or felony charges. One way, he keeps his guns, which is dangerous for a person "suffering from PTSD".
