To help does that was struggling like me I now another way same processes you just have to go to samsung internet and go on the site and download what it said to download it ask for permission keep denying itand then it will take you to settings and you would have to go back to one of the process where you have to disable the Google serviceafter that go back to the Samsung internet and download the rest of what he said to download and go through with the rest of the process

if nothing happens on screen shot, turn phone off, hold power and volume up and bixby button or whatever the hard reset is for your phone, then factory reset it and wipe an reboot and try again it should work
