I wish Elitist Metalheads had an open mind instead of saying every other genre is trash. It's okay not to like something but dont discredit what they contribute to their fan base and music community
Travis, we relate a ton and that's why I fuckin love your lyrics. You guys carry a strong message about humanity's folly and It's artists like you who make a difference in this world. I use your lyrics as a prime example to show people that death metal has much more substance than this shallow mainstream bullshit.
I love this guy. So humble and down to earth. You can tell he is above average intelligence and doesn't get caught up in day to day life. He let's us know he is a human but knows humanity is bigger than the individual. I don't think most people realize this.
I went to see cattle in Charlotte, and Travis didn't just stop to talk to me, he came on the other side of the gate and chilled with me for at least half an hour. He is definitely down to earth, but he is definitely "different" has piercing eyes and a very dark, wittiness. He definitely has a strong aura. But he gave me Two hugs and chilled, to be who he is, I would say that is definitely down to earth. Also, that was the second time he hung out with someone, he actually came back just to chill. Love these guys.
@@keegan7736 Fair enough. I definitely still listen to Slipknot and Korn every now and then. Death and Cattle Decap probably my favourite Death Metal bands atm

I relate a lot to Travis. This is going to be my 2nd extreme metal band concert, how do you meet band members after?
Such a good person. We have some shit in common. When it comes to music and life. Be fucking open minded. Don't live your life the same way you always did. Be open to change and evolution. Be kind to animals and don't disrespect nature.
Probably the best advice. Read the Bible, whether you believe in God or not. There are stories you can learn from. NB. I know this will trigger people so take it with a grain of salt. Anyways Travis Ryan is a legend extreme vocalist
I think most people will agree that there are a lot of useful and great lessons to be learned from the bible and similar books. But at the same time there's a lot of stupid stuff in them as well, and you shouldn't let religion consume you

Much respect Travis! Thanks for pushing through the shit to bring us the amazing art you guys make.
Really distracted by that Disturbed album at the bottom of the screen
yeah wtf agreed... first thing i noticed
I grew up on Nu Metal like Korn, Disturbed and Slipknot. If it was not for them. I would not of discovered this legend of a band
so did i, but i cringe at that stuff now.

Every one pointing out crap rock disturbed but not the great obscura albums on top.
Sick interview
Hell yeah dude, those two albums are masterpieces!
🤣I missed that too! Imma loozah!
It's not even Disturbed though , it's Archspire .😂
@@FishininFunkyTown it’s disturbed’s second album but idk what it’s called
Travis is the man, cant wait for the new album!
Everyone pointing out the Disturbed and the Obscura albums but I'm wondering why that Archspire one is all the way at the bottom ;O
Love Cattle Decapitation!! Is that a Bethlehem shirt I see? Check out their album S.U.I.Z.I.D. If you haven’t already 🤘
Seconded, Bethlehem is an awesome band

Damn dude going to garage sales, thrift stores and swap meets is how I make my living haha. That’s fuckin dope.
I dwell on dying to fam. Cheers.
Does anyone else feel like Travis could be the next Oderus?
Disturbed 🤘🏻
Rock on 🤘
BOO!
Honestly, that one song "Pray" is fucking fantastic.
Travis looks exactly like Greg Turkington
Funny, he doesn’t seem angry. And he has a hard time coming up with just one pet peeve. He probably listens to Linda Rondstadt in his down time.
