There is only one problem with this version, and that is it only lasts for a minute and forty-five seconds. 😭😭😭 I could listen to this for hours.
Just put on loop?
No! It can't have the interruptions like it has to be an extended version that syncs up so it can be looped for hours of play like in the game.
With the new link's ultrahand power you can glue parts together and make a longer version
So do I.
@@davidvaneeckenrode7080 you can do even Music instruments in ToTK?

I love that Zelda fans collectively love this song and we've gotten so many awesome covers because of it.
Even people that aren´t Zelda fans love this
@@MantraHerbInchSin I am indeed not a zelda fan, it is just a good song :D
@@maxchess6734 For sure!
I love it because I imagine cheems
I mean the OOT soundtrack is packed full of musical genius. There's a reason we all love to hear this music everytime and anytime it's played by anything lol
I played this at my school talent show, the crowd went CRAZY
For real? That’s amazing!
@@TVonGuitar yeah yeah, i learned because i saw you at tik tok, and i just said "WOW, i wanna be like him" so i started trying and triyng for half a year, and finally i got it ready for the school talent show, so thanks bro (srry for my bad english, is not my native language)

Such a cute and wholesome story. Keep it up! I did a very similar thing watching my brothers friend play piano and learned how to play the titanic/james bond theme tunes and played for my school talent show! Ah the days...
This rips so hard. I don't know if anyone could ever top this.
🙏 thanks bro. I tried to rip it extra hard this time

Look up the same song's cover from lucasgitanofamily, it's pretty awesome too

@@8StringVGM oh nice !
As a Spanish and lover of "Flamenco" and that stuff, this is absolutely beautiful, you make that guitar sound so precious, really amazing
U mean Spaniard?
Well add being a fan of Ocarina of Time cause it's lit
I'm Spanish, a Zelda fan and I'm literally dancing right now

Playing every part on one instrument all at the same time. Absolutely insane.
You can just FEEL the passion, not many artists doing this in their music nowadays. Beautiful work!
He is feeling it so hard, he is literally playing it blind
Yeah, you can hear it in just how powerfully the strings are plucked, along with the taps, it's great-
There are more good artists alive right now than there has ever been at one time.
@@EtopiaCA he says "not many artists" while listening to the same 10 artists i bet
Bro, first of all your rasgueado is so damn clean and crisp. Second your arrangement is just so fun, inspiring and full of energy. You’re my new favorite guitarist!
I appreciate you Josh! I chalk the rasgueados to all that time spent playing Austurias when I was young
Yeah I did not expect those clean rasgueados, well done!
He is so talented ! 🎸
@@IdentifiantE.S This does not come solely from talent but also from a great deal of diligently applied effort, he deserves congratulations.
Ocarina Of time was a masterpiece known for its memorable gameplay but its true spirit lies in its incredible Music which has stuck with many gamers to this very day unlike any other Zelda Title after it.
Nah OoT is definitely known more for its music then its gameplay today. I do agree that it was known for its gameplay when it released though
@@Serner. its a masterpiece because of its story, music and memorable characters, not its control scheme.
It’s ”z-targeting” system is one of the most copied thing in gaming history, so OOT is also remembered because of it’s gameplay mechanism.
True and what made the OSTs for OoT a masterpiece was the instruments they used which was all made from computerised CD sample packs and sounds from other video games which were reused in Majoras Mask and Windwaker. And I prefer those computerised sounds way more compared to the real orchestral sounds in modern Zelda games. It’s just something about the simple 90s sounds that made it so catchy and nice sounding.
I've wanted to learn guitar for years. This alone has rejindled my desire. I will learn to play this song, just you watch.
That’s awesome. I have faith in you. Crush it!
umm dont start out with this kinda music lol. Try stuff like punk or metallica
@@WayneTwitch why
what's wrong with this song lol
its way too technical for somebody that has never played guitar. On the other hand there are a lot of fun and easy riffs that are easier to learn and help you learn basic stuff, like the intro riff of nothing else matters. helps learn bar chords, harmonics, easy hammer ons and pull offs and its not too difficult on the right hand. gerudo valley is a rather tough piece, just doing some good rasgueado is no easy task. on top of that the rapid chord changes makes things ever harder. Its easy to get discouraged, especially when you just start out.
Edit: This piece also requires a good stretch of the hand, that doesnt come immediatly, takes some time and practice.
@@Bantton thank you for your concern. 🙂 I never said I would start off with this piece, just that I would one day learn it. 👍
This is by far the best cover of this tune I’ve heard! Fantastic!!
wow appreciate it man!

If I were to quit my bad habit of biting my nails, nothing could motivate me to do so except for the inspiration I received from this video to learn how to play the guitar. It was an absolute pleasure.
Thanks so much! I’ve been using these lately and they are awesome! Better than ping pong balls: guitarplayernails.com

I've watched many versions of this song. This is by far the best I have ever heard! You deserve more subscribers for all the effort you put into your videos.
The sense of adventure this gave as a kid was un paralled
Me and my son have been listening to this over and over and over and over. We even need to pull it up in public transport just because we can't stop loving it. He's 5, I am 30, both love OOT. Thanks man, thank you so much!

Ive listened to this hundreds of times and, just WOW! What makes Zelda games is the music and this is an improvement on that. This guy is second to none. FAN-TAS-TIC!
This is without a doubt the best Gerudo Valley cover on youtube
Dynamics are incredible. The attack is so perfect for this song. Mr. Kondo would be proud.
The ability to make the sounds of the heavens ring out through your guitar. The fingernails of a goblin. This is the trade.....
Paco de Lucia would be so proud of what you're doing with a flamenco guitar here. Insane stuff!

This was so well played that my door started opening and closing to the beat

One of the biggest reasons I love Spanish style classical guitar is that you really have no choice but to put passion and effort into it. You can’t half-ass it, and this gentlemen and master of the craft shows that show well, geez. Top quality man. As a pianist I see too much 4 chord progressions chords with no improvisation, and it wrecks me coming from the music of Queen and such. You made me want to pick up guitar again man, god bless.
I've heard this song so many times, seen so many videos on it, but this is by far my favourite, and I'm glad I clicked here
I seem to be on some sort of UA-cam tour when I just watch and like every gerudo valley cover
i love the fact that you are not using many mixed up videos like every people, you use only your one and single track, a true guitar solo, and yet it is really amazing to ear at
An extended version of this would be fucking amazing
I usually hate when some UA-camr covers video game music but this one was very good. Bravo buddy
Dude. Your mix of technical prowess and expressiveness blew me away. Record an entire Ocarina album. I'd buy it twice
Record a whole Zelda album. There are tracks of most of the installments that need this treatment. Zelda 2's final dungeon track, Tal Tal Heights from Links Awakening, Link to the Past Dark World Overworld Theme, the list goes on and on ...
Hearing people play guitar like this makes me want to learn so badly, but there so much technique that goes into these pieces.
Learn! You’ll probably never get as good as this guy (I’m nowhere close) but it’s such a fun instrument and a rewarding life-long hobby to have as you get older
@@moneyball32 if you practice hard enough then maybe you can get as good as him, just depends on how passionate you are about guitar ig?

This version has got the spanish "rasgado" strumming pattern down 100%! Finally a cover that doesn't over simplify it! Awesome!
No me canso de ver el comienzo de la música, la forma en la que empieza es simplemente asombrosa
Incredible. Bravisimo. This man and his guitar are a gift.
I don’t remember ever hearing this suspended note 0:53 in this song before but I absolutely loved it!
Basically doing his own drum beat as well! So impressive. You can tell your extremely talented at not only guitar but just knowing music inside out!
I was looking for a "solo" version of this theme. I'm so glad I found your channel.
This is one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard or seen. Spec-ta-cular
Memorias vienen a mí cabeza cuando te escucho, momentos donde me sentía mejor con algo simple.
If you allow me, i would like to share a personal experience about this song.
I was 10 years old when Ocarina of Time was released. I used to play all the time...but i got stuck. I couldn´t find where to go! I got so frustrated that i left the game and stopped playing it. I even gave the game to a friend, for a while. 2 YEARS LATER, i got it back. Then, i decided to play again. It was February of the year 2000.
Then, i said...F*** IT! I have nothing to lose...so i was able to jump the bridge with the horse, just like the picture behind you.
Suddenly, this song started to play! Until now, i can remember the feeling that i felt that day! The pure joy, the excitement, the happiness! I did it!.
Well, 24 years later, now i´m 36yo. I have two daughters. One with almost 5 and the other one is just a baby.
I´m buying a Nintendo Switch, to play the game again, with my older daughter. HOW COOL IS THAT?!?
Later we´re gonna play the Breath of the Wild and te Tears of Kingdom...but Ocarina of Time have special place in my heart, just like this song.
Thank you to teleport me back in time, while listening to this song. My 12yo self is smilling... =)
CHILLS with every progression.
I've been waiting for this ever since I've seen the TikTok video! You did great!
Thankyou! Took me forever, but I am happy to get it out there

You're so good at it. I stopped playing guitar almost 3 years ago, and you inspired me to come back just to practice this song. I really love the flamenco playing style since I started playing the guitar when I was 10 years old.❤️💯

This song is made even better by the fact that youre playing it on that kind of guitar, the style fits the music the best.
me encanta como por fin hay una cover con solo una guitarra y se puede apreciar mucho mejor todo, la mejor cover de gerudo
The accuracy alone, aswell as the skill and passion in this is literally so inspirational, it's making me want to adorn a green tunic, find a metal shield, a sick looking sword and take on some psycho who's trying to destroy the world.
