A little poncho makes part of one of the costumes in Chuquisaca populations; if you understand this you'll accept the variety of bolivian culture.
Its the traditional custom, but also they have the long ponchos and theynare so FUCKING BEAUTIFUL. JUST LIKE MINE!!!!!!!!
