First of all, has anyone noticed that there are rappers in the group but they are are singing. That shows how much talent they have that even the rappers can sing. The dance is so powerful for a song that's a cute concept. They are pretty synchronized for 7 girls in a group(excluding jisoo). They are in woolim so do u really think they won't be extremely talented: power vocals, amazing dancers, and synchronization. At first infinite wasn't famous at all but look at them now, one of the most famous kpop boy groups. For their showcase they did an accapella with all 8 singing and it blew me away how well they sang. 3 of them already had their solo debut so they are probably pretty talented. Also its only their debut and they have only done one concept so you cant judge them by what you first see.
INFINITE's Hoya and Dongwoo are rappers but they can sing. Soryeong and Daeryong (Tasty) are singer and rapper too.. Woollim entertainment have much talent.. ^^ I think Lovelyz will be very famous :)

alexander qinskie both are good concepts. It's just that when a girl group does it they tend to get more hate and it's just nice to see that kpop fans aren't hating as much as I'd think they would.

I've actually been thinking about this for a while... Woollim is basically partnered with SM C&C which would make Woollim artists and SM artists cousins-in-law, if you wanna think about it like that. So does anyone know about the Red Velvet sub-unit rumors when they first debuted? Like how people were saying they would release 2 more groups of 4 each and they would be called Blue Velvet and Yellow Velvet, and altogether they would have a huge group of 12? Well, Lovelyz is 8 girls, split them in half and BOOM, BV and YV and together they're a big group of 12. SM and Woollim already collaborated with each other (Key + Woohyun) plus SM has taken TASTY with them for SMTown. It's not unlikely that Red Velvet could collaborate with Lovelyz later on. I'm praying it happens

I think they did amazing for still being rookies. Their image was probably made with apink in mind but that doesn't mean they copied them 100%. They barely debuted so we havent seen what they're really capable of yet. I already feel their power in the dance (not surprising coming from woolim) and for people saying they're stiff...what if the choreography was made like that? The only people who know exactly how the choreography is supposed to be executed are the girls. Don't mind me...just stating what I think. Nonetheless I'm proud of them =]
Funny thing is that Apink is not a original concept they are totally inspired in SNSD debut days and SNSD are inspired in their sunbaes like S.E.S so is funny when some pink pandas said that Lovelyz are copied Apink when their group is doing the same thing.

I think they're doing great. Their vocals and dancing get better with every stage, they looked really nervous on their Showcase and M Countdown but they're doing so well now. And I think this is the kind of song that isnt really meant for lives. The dancing, totally meant for lives its fantastic, but the song sounds really soft here, I mean even Ailee's Don't Touch Me sounded too soft to be the same song from the MV so wait for the MV before you make a judgment~
I love the chorus, it's super catchy, but why does the rest of the song sounds so boring? It's like the chorus and the other parts were two different songs

Well, a song given to them by the company is out of their control. These people have trained long and hard and I bet their all pretty talented. I hope they survive despite all the turmoil and tragedy kpop is facing today. i dont know how people see any power vocals in this vid. yes their dancing is on point and amazing, better than most or a lot of girl groups. but singing, its just the main singer,[like most singers] sing well live most were really quiet and soft, i know its a soft song, but it doesn't show strong vocals..thats what i meant, i'm sure they can sing. just not as amazing as most kpop girl groups. dancing is for sure amazing. but maybe we need to hear them sing more:) and a lot of singers improve overtime so
for anyone who say that the song is "mainstream". guess what, you may be right. but so what? they're a new group, they dont have a huge established fan base yet. these girls have to start somewhere. not every group/artist debut out with a bang. before woollim starts experimenting the type of genre/style/colour these girls have it's a logical choice to go for a "safe" genre. give these girls and the audiences some time to warm up. for them to find something more uniquely them that also appeals to the public. woollim is much bigger a company then it was before but it's still not anywhere near the big 3, infinite's success didnt come immediately, all that we know is time will tell when their hard work pays off. for now i dont find the song super amazing debut, but it's a decent start.
Their voices are very clean and sweet. I like how the chorus parts sound so harmonic and uniform, and how they are consistently on point for each pitch. Specifically they sound so soothing and steady when hitting high notes. Certain famous Kpop groups may have more powerful vocals. But I can't bear with any squeaking high notes nor out of tune from time to time. Good jobs Woolliment for always making sure your artists are ready to perform live. I'm here to enjoy the debut MV. It's really annoying to read so many negative comments. Some criticism may be constructive out of good intention. But some are very offensive obviously just to hate. Specifically a lot of mean comments came from SM stans. Honestly, I never have any good opinions about Big 3 stans because a lot of them are full of themselves and think as if the whole pop world revolves around their taste and favor. looking at the name of the song is making me cringe. They are good singers and dancers, but the song is not good. Just like Infinite did, I hope this group finds the right style of music. I could always tell which song is Infinite's because of the background music, so I hope Woollim will find the right style for Lovelyz too :)
Honestly, I don't like their song at first though I know they have talents. But Kei!!! Her smile and pure voice really heal everything. I can't understand why people hate a group with girl like Kei.
In their debut, Lovelyz wants to show themselves more as a team than individual talent. I think they already did it very well because I can see their good team work from their dance. Although their song is dull for some people, but for myself it's so soothing and matching with their image and name (lovely). Tbh at first I was scared about how their performance on the stage will be, but actually they came more than I expected. Very nice performance! So sync for female dance. I wish a sincere good luck for their future performance.

I hope they survive despite all the turmoil and tragedy kpop is facing today. i dont know how people see any power vocals in this vid. yes their dancing is on point and amazing, better than most or a lot of girl groups. but singing, its just the main singer,[like most singers] sing well live
most were really quiet and soft, i know its a soft song, but it doesn't show strong vocals..thats what i meant, i'm sure they can sing. just not as amazing as most kpop girl groups. dancing is for sure amazing. but maybe we need to hear them sing more:) and a lot of singers improve overtime so

for anyone who say that the song is "mainstream". guess what, you may be right. but so what? they're a new group, they dont have a huge established fan base yet. these girls have to start somewhere. not every group/artist debut out with a bang. before woollim starts experimenting the type of genre/style/colour these girls have it's a logical choice to go for a "safe" genre. give these girls and the audiences some time to warm up. for them to find something more uniquely them that also appeals to the public. woollim is much bigger a company then it was before but it's still not anywhere near the big 3, infinite's success didnt come immediately, all that we know is time will tell when their hard work pays off. for now i dont find the song super amazing debut, but it's a decent start.

Their voices are very clean and sweet. I like how the chorus parts sound so harmonic and uniform, and how they are consistently on point for each pitch. Specifically they sound so soothing and steady when hitting high notes. Certain famous Kpop groups may have more powerful vocals. But I can't bear with any squeaking high notes nor out of tune from time to time. Good jobs Woolliment for always making sure your artists are ready to perform live.
I'm here to enjoy the debut MV. It's really annoying to read so many negative comments. Some criticism may be constructive out of good intention. But some are very offensive obviously just to hate. Specifically a lot of mean comments came from SM stans. Honestly, I never have any good opinions about Big 3 stans because a lot of them are full of themselves and think as if the whole pop world revolves around their taste and favor. I truly wish haters get lost and never come back again. Nevertheless, thanks for the views!!!!!
looking at the name of the song is making me cringe. They are good singers and dancers, but the song is not good. Just like Infinite did, I hope this group finds the right style of music. I could always tell which song is Infinite's because of the background music, so I hope Woollim will find the right style for Lovelyz too :)

In their debut, Lovelyz wants to show themselves more as a team than individual talent. I think they already did it very well because I can see their good team work from their dance. Although their song is dull for some people, but for myself it's so soothing and matching with their image and name (lovely).
Tbh at first I was scared about how their performance on the stage will be, but actually they came more than I expected. Very nice performance! So sync for female dance.

I feel like they're trying to send us a very energetic message with the concept of their debut. They definitely look enthusiastic about the performance on stage but they don't sound energetic at all. But then again, they're still new, lots of time to learn.
