Fame is insane and with the trust issues jenni had already made it hard. Being that jenni and her eldest daughter had been through hell with her father, Jenni should know her daughter wouldn’t do such a thing to hurt her mom. These children have suffered so much from the choices that Jenni had to make through the years. I love her dearly and her music touches my heart, but I kinda wish she stayed a real estate agent and sang on the weekends. Her heart was so huge I couldn’t understand why she didn’t listen to her child instead of some random skank trying to ruin her relationship with her daughter. I am not a people person and the parasites that destroy a family through their lies, makes me realize why! My heart goes out to the children of the Rivera family and I pray for them!💯♥️🙏

Anna Lexi their was more i to the story, Jenni was doing extreme diets, she wasn’t eating right, also se was taking pills to lose weight, she wasn’t having good sleep so many things affected her, and if im bot wrong they also said Jenni was using drugs. close friends to her including Julie her assistant told all this info im saying. Jenni wasn’t in a right place in those 3 last months of her life. So thats why Jenni was easy to manipulate because she wasn’t close to thinking straight

That’s why in one episode where jacqui told her tía Rosie she was going to fix her marriage with her husband , her tia told her how was mike going to provide for her because she’s in charge of jacquies inheritance money and that , that was something she needed to guard .
@htownlithium yes of all 4 the only thing she gave up was the custody of the 2 younger ones ( Johnny and Jenicka) to chiquis and it’s sad because even Jenni said that not even her was able to handle everything chiquis does that she wouldn’t be able to full-fill chiquis shoes cause that’s how much chiquis did for her and siblings so Rosie was just like here take your brother and sister and I’ll be in charge of the money .

Chiquis es la que más ha sufrido y siempre se ha sacrificado por todos, por todos.
After seeing the Netflix series it has changed my thoughts about Chiquis. I know we all will never know the whole exact truth but it changes my point of view on her. Jenni could’ve left with her kids indefinitely from her first abusive relationship and her children wouldn’t have seen and gone through all that trauma. Even though she provided, she relied very much on chiquis to care for her children which was actually her job as a mother. Providing financially is not the same as being there physically and emotionally. Very sad to see the pain Chiquis went through alone when she was always there for her mother and siblings.

What I don't understand is why jenni took the time to go with fernie and make herself feel better but didn't take the time to listen to her daughter? Theirs was always such a weird relationship. Jenni had chiquis when she was 15, so they grew up having a mother/daughter relationship that was at times maybe more like an older sister/younger sister relationship, AND they had a business relationship on top of that. Chiquis would cry on their show because she felt like she wasn’t 100% embraced by Jenni as a daughter the way Jacqui or Jenicka was.

This broke my heart poor Chiquis she seems like such a sweet girl and people who went and told Jenni lies should be ashamed of themselves. She always stood by her mom's side and is the backbone of that family I am truly happy the family is not apart. Jenni's wish was granted once she passed they are all together and they are by Chiquis's side now.

It's sad to know jenni went as far as taking her out of the will and even left her homeless over a man. Chiquis did a lot for jenni, raised her kids & even in the I love jenni show, you see how she helped her manage her business and finances. I love the bond they all have with each other and the fact that Janney has always been there for them all regardless the situations. I also admire chiquis for stepping up after her mothers passing if she was a selfish person she could of left her siblings and started her own life for herself but their mom jenni raised them right.
Chiquis didn’t just step up AFTER. She raised the kids. I think that’s why she doesn’t have kids of her own to this day because she spent the first part of her life raising her siblings

I remember when the story first came out their was a video floating around where you see Chiquis enter the room where Esteban was in and both came out later fixing their clothes, wayyy after. It was shown in tv as well. That video quickly disappeared tho
How tragic and heartbreaking. I hope they know their mom is always with them and she has not left. Jenni loved her children very much and it’s so unfortunate that such awful rumors had to come between mother and daughter. I hope they can all find peace and forgiveness about all this and it reminds everyone how precious and short life is. Don’t live with resentment towards loved ones✨

This always makes me sad for Chiquis. If you’ve seen Mariposa de Barrio you can see Jenni herself was never perfect and after all she had been through who can blame her for thinking something happened. But I believe Chiquis and Jenni just had it wrong. I truly think they would have resolved it.

Its sad that the family was at odds the last year of their mother's life. After everything Chiquis had endured from her biological father, I can't believe people thought she would ever do that.
Not only that, she raised her siblings and give up all of her teen and early 20’s to be with them. When her mom was on tour and having sex with a bunch of dudes. And then her mom had the audacity to not trust her daughter and leave her out of her will. I really feel for Chiquis.

First we all die eventually, but to continue to say that to a loved one was like a fucked up prophesy that eventually came to pass! It really blows my mind how something so stupid & so out of line could come in between them. I feel like their bond was so much more than the rumors & they should’ve been able to see through it without letting it break them apart. As close as they were, like Chiquis said, they know who she is. They should’ve known in her heart whether or not she was capable of doing that & based on their relationship..she would never.
