1. A terrain change 30,000 feet above the ground will not drastically create turbulence
2. What kind of turbulence has 2G loads?
3. Lightning does not effect aircraft at all
4. What does fuel from the engines have to do with anything? It’s like fumes coming out of an exhaust from a car. Nothing different.

Without being grounded the plane is like a faraday cage that allows the lighting to pass around the aircraft, and static discharge wicks on the winglets minimize the impact of lighting more.
