Happy BIRTHDAY! It's always good to treat yourself once in awhile! I've been following your channel for a few years now and really enjoy your informative videos. Your an asset to the hobby! KUTGW.
I'm glad you showed how to open the B unit, but I'd like to see the A unit opened ... then I wouldn't have to open mine to see the innards! Beautiful set.
It’s the same as the b unit. First you have to remove the coupler. It’s hard to remove it. It’s harder to re install it. The tooth picks go at the same spot. Good luck!
Hi, I have got the same train, it is great! However, I only bought one A unit & one B unit. And I installed DCC decoders no problem. Two A units look better of course… yes, would be interested to add more cars, as you said, the cars have very low friction should be feasible. Another car set which I would be interested in from Kato would be the VIA Rail silver cars used in the Canadian… that reminds me on my trans Canada trip from Vancouver to Toronto a few years ago…
Have you ever seen the movie "Festival Express" ? It was from 1970, when a concert promoter held a series of concerts across Canada and leased a train from CN to transport the groups between cities...

Thanks for watching! They go by my house still today.
You're right, sometimes you just have to spend the money and do it right 😁. Kato is excellent
Couldn’t resist getting it.
Good Products I am Thinking of Getting some CN’S on Ho and N Scale.
They sure look good! Merry Christmas
Happy Birthday Eric. That’s a very nice gift you got for yourself. Best wishes. Steve.
Thanks for watching!
HB! You should do a video showing your entire train collection. It must be impressive to see it all at once.
Actually, I feel guilty about it, there’s too many trains, it’s just boxes, and boxes full.
Ordered it for my christmas gift last week. But wish kato had made a second set with extra passenger cars.
They made an add on for the Broadway limited, the 20th Century limited, the Morning Daylight. They may do one for the CN.
Have fun ! I know it's very hard to resist Kato stuff!!
Thanks for watching!

No, is it on Netflix or Tubi?
I'm not sure, I have a DVD but pretty sure it is available online if you search for Festival Express...
I’ll take a look
I watched it last night. I was great! Anyone can watch it for free on Tubi.
Happy Birthday!! That is a really cool train. So was this an eBay purchase or direct buy from Kato. Great addition and thanks for sharing. Dave
I like to get stuff from eBay, because I can look at the same item by different sellers. That way I know I got a good deal.
Happy birthday
Thanks for watching!
