I was in el Salvador 4 months ago wow let me tell you is so much fun people are amazingly the beaches wow . I had so much fun. Food and drinks very cheap. Organic food is 100 the best low cost living I lov el Salvador 100% and now is getting better and better with the new president. Hell yeah baby el Salvador all the way
As a Canadian, I can tell you, it's a beautiful country, and definitely worth the visit. I've been here 7 times (in here right now), I just feel in love with the country and it's people. I've never once had any problems, and would highly recommend it. Don't believe all the lies about the high crime, because it's just not true. Yes, there is crime, but it's all gang crime, and they only stay in a few areas of the capital city. Like anywhere else, just learn what areas to avoid, and you're fine. In fact, the gangs only stay in their own area, and have never hurt a tourist . I do have family here (through marriage), so I even have free accommodation! It's best to stay with the locals, because they know all the really cool places that aren't popular with tourists, but are equally stunning, but there are many tours to take as well. Don't miss the volcanos or the beaches, it unlike any country on earth, and is so full of natural beauty you'll never want to leave. I don't speak Spanish, but I manage just fine, many people, especially in the bigger cities speak English, and if not, you find a way to communicate. The people are super friendly, so for a unique vacation, that's not over run with tourists (I hate places with a million tourists), come for a visit, I promise, you won't regret it!

hey guys, thank you for such as beatiful video, am living in canada rigthnow and one thing i can tell you about my country we are very friendly, and its not cuz white people brings money to increase the economy, but because thats our nature, thank you for visit us, please feel free to go everywhere in el salvador with no regrets all all. one tip i can give you , is that, when you wanna eat, please suport our local people. go to places we call mercados,, you will taste the best food and fresh actually.. enjoy it and keep it up the good work with the videos, make everybody know that our country its not bad as the media try to tell the world, give us a chance to prove it to you....
Even I was born and grew up in there I didn't know all the beautiful places in my own country, because the civil war I had live in another country, but is good to know that information last time I was in ElSalvador was in 1999, and I believe I will be there in 2018 .

I'll be honest i don't know why El Salvador has a bad reputation, i been living here for 6 years and never had a problem, of course is just like any other country, you go to Compton CA you will see gang member in parts of the hood areas well same here but this country is nice and cheap you can have a lot of fun no doubt.
