They need to adjust the payout for the hand pays. I think they came up with the $1200 amount back in the 70's. Hand pay in todays casinos especially with all the denominations and lines on a slot machine should be set at $5,000 now instead of $1200.
I know you would never bust up a pair of aces. At 17:52 If you kept the Ace and deuce of hearts you would have gotten the straight flush. The 3,4 and 5 of hearts fell. If you could only peek at the future. Lol
This is why the $500 denom got removed... someone heard you were actually going to play it, or at least making plans to, and they didn't want that. I don't think they really expected anyone to play it, let alone "Massacre" it! 😎
So do you have to wait to fill out forms every time you get a 3 of a kind or better? Or is that little panel some sort of agreement to aggregate your winnings for cash out time?
I stumbled onto these videos recently and have had some fun watching them. At 17:51, you are dealt Ac 4d Ah 3s 2h You keep the Aces and are dealt the 4h 3h 5h, thus missing a straight flush if you had held the Ah and 2h. What is the mathematical expectation of keeping the two aces? What is the mathematical expectation of keeping the Ah and 2h?
That alternative hold isn’t anywhere close to a decent trade off. I don’t have the EV pulled up for the two holds, but AA is overwhelmingly the better play.
Not to many people can say I got 15 plus hand pays in less than 18 minutes. And by the way somehow I still lost. WTG after it. The royal would of been crazy
Thank you Andrew for letting us see the what "If" we could bet that!! Interesting, if I put in 2 or 3 grand in a machine and play $100 denom I would or could walk away with a good profit with a good first hand! Full house..etc. Dude you have my brain spinning. I love it.....LOL!!!!
Expected frequency of a quad in 8/5 Bonus is 1 in 423 hands. So you can easily go 800, 1200, or even more hands without. I've played 4 hours without a quad. A friend of mine went 7 hours with no quads. It happens.
I notice that when you get 3 face cards you drop the ace and keep the other two. I assume it is personal preference and gives you 3 possible draws instead of two.. I keep the ace as one of my two and have gotten 4 aces (no kicker obviously)..fyi
@Brock Hankins l know that bonus strategy says to drop the ace and keep the other non ace cards but was wondering why that is "the rule" and was hoping " the master" could give me the reason it was the rule.. I don't play perfect strategy and do better than most playing video poker.. averaging two royals a day. moving to Vegas next year..it's not what you say but how you say it.. you might not be so quick to criticize..do you know why it is a rule?.. nothing asked nothing gained ..thank you
Love living vicariously through your ups and downs. Of course now watching anything less than $25 a hand is boring. (Jk!) Imagine hitting a Royal at that level, life changing $$. Wow
I don’t know if you’ve ever played pick a pair but I’ve hit many 4 of a kinds and a royal for $5000 on 50 cents 2.50 a hand. One night I went in and hit another royal for 2.50 $5000.
The problem with hitting 4 Aces with a kicker on $25 for $100,000 is that when you drop back to $1 games and hit it, you don't see it as a $4000 win, but rather a $96,000 loss. You end up doing exactly what he is doing, playing for bigger and bigger denominations, and he will soon be broke.
At the risk of sounding ignorant. Don't you have to pay taxes on all these payouts? If that's the case it seams you might have gambled all the winnings and still have to pay the taxes? Genuinely curious
On like the second to last hand, if u would have kept A n 2 of hearts u would have had a heart straight flush! But...that would have meant throwing away an ace for the pair u kept. Sometimes, I think changing it up with what u hold can make a difference, but...I also never play$100-500 hands either! 😂

You guys lose hundreds to thousands of dollars, then are happy getting comp a $50 meal and a room. Some people never learn. I'm not being a smart ass, Im just trying to educate the public.
Staying too long on one game, esp. at the $500 a hand play. Count how many hands your playing at each casino to find how long it takes for them to pay on average per the amount you started with. 3K, 5K, or 10K vs the amount per hand 25, 125, 250, or 500.
I don’t understand why you have to hold some of your cards, the machine is programmed, if they want you to win then the next spin will give you a big hand even you don’t hold any card
I love your channel, but I ain’t gonna lie, I can’t stand it when your playing and someone is talking in your ear. It’s super annoying because we’re waiting for you to play and that person is talking about a hand that’s over and what it could’ve been. No offense to anyone but it’s very agitating.
@@kevinpyne5808 it's 4000 coins ($100) = $400 K. it's a $100 machine with max play of 500, the pay out for max play ($500) is 4000 coin for the denomination of ($100) , got it..!!

Good Luck and have fun in Vegas!
Love that when you hit that boat around 6:15 someone must have hit a point on craps. They were celebrating for you.
Every time you hit the deal button i feel it in my PLUMBS
Haaaaaaaaa
Pretty exciting, hope you get the big win next time, good luck!
Not great, but not too terrible. Keep up the good work.
You amaze me .... if I could get HALF of what you get, I'd be so happy! Love the videos!
Andrew you are one lucky man $6000 12 hands only to last 18 minutes that’s a amazing feat
So do you have to wait to fill out forms every time you get a 3 of a kind or better? Or is that little panel some sort of agreement to aggregate your winnings for cash out time?

Your human after all V. P. GOD.
What sort of comps/offers do you get with that amount of coin in?
Is this from an old live stream? Think I saw it before.
What are you doing on screen after every hand pay? Just curious if this is real or just a demo put on by the Casino
That was excruciating to watch. I can't believe you had that many plays without a single quad.

@@gregoryschmidt1233 That would drive me nuts. I could never play that long unless I was winning
👍🏻 400k royal…only a matter of time. Cheers 🥂
We miss your videos too!
I'm curious why when you have offsuit Jack queen or king you will keep two of them but not the ace, saw you do it 2 or 3 times
Pretty awesome hands Andrew! Can't believe not one quad or even a royal draw. I know you want to beat that 100k hit you had, you'll nail it!
You held a pair of 7s and it came back with 3 to the royal. I could not imagine playing at that level. OMG
you showed that machine who the boss is :P
Are you auto generating a W-2 with every 'jackpot' hand? Or does Cosmo just create 1 massive W-2 at end of play?
Very exciting play, congratulations! Who gave this a thumbs down?
There are 2 people who put thumbs down on every video, usually in the very first minute of being uploaded.

how do you handle all these taxables?
Gutsy high-rolling. You hit an above-average number of full houses during this short session. I wish you could have dropped a quad!
Might wanna hold 22 instead of a Q. Betting a lot. Be careful. No mistakes. Good luck!

Was wondering Andrew, approximately how much free play did you earn this $500 per hand session? Enuff for A near future video...😁😁
I think I got $1,100 the next trip 😬 but the room was worth $1,200 a night Soo
@@Slotmassacre fmv isn’t really $1100 for the room though, more like $200
Did you go there again in the same shirt? Didn’t we already see this video or are you making me feel like I’m crazy??

dude, so sorry for the horrible pays. thank you for the entertainment
What’s gonna happen now that cosmo is banning filming?
So you had to pay taxes on just about every win you had??? That sounds a bit crazy to me!

i saw that too but wouldn't have made any difference, thank god no more two's came in

You can deduct losses from earnings. The casinos give you a statement every year
