    8oz plain flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tea spoon dry mustard
    4 tsp baking powder
    2oz butter or margerine
    4oz mature chedder cheese grated
    1 egg
    75ml milk
    Cheese for topping

    Ohhh! My mum used to make scones for us after school on Fridays! Such a treat. I don't have a Level 5 cheese, but I have heard Gruyere works well. I have never seen the dough folded over, must give it a try. Always a pleasure to watch, Tracey. Thank you.
