That's a nice and simple way to achieve such a dope effect. Remember trying to do something like this a few years ago, and I ended up messing around with animated and distorted maps to simulate the waves. This is a much cleaner and controlled approach than what I was trying to do back then lol.

one way you can do this is by moving the text all the way up above the adjustment layer then create a duplicate and set the sale of that to -100 and it will give you floating look
Good Catch here are steps that I missed: CC Vector Blur: Set amount to 30 Set vector Map to Map (That is the 4-Map layer comp) Set Property to Luminance Add CC Cross Blur from Effects and Presets: Set Radius to 115 Add Glow Effect from Effects and Presets: Set Glow Threshold to 90% Set Glow Radius to 400 That's All!!
it just reflect what is behind no what is over the wather ,is not a real wather reflection ,coul you make a video a bout a wather reflection abobe or over the wather?

How can I create disconnected reflection like the text is floating above water and there is it's reflection below it ?

You have the wrong reflections. Should be reflected in the water the top part and not the lower part of the word :)
