I love these videos! Do you have any tips for thinning hair on women? I'm twenty 25 and my hair is getting so thin at the top. Granted I do have PCOS and losing hair is a side effect, but I want to know if there is anything to help my hair grow back.
Hi, I've been reading that essential oil of peppermint has been lab tested and is confirmed to work better than minoxidil (a commercial treatment for hair loss). If you can buy a good quality peppermint EO and dilute some into a carrier oil (like sweet almond), and massage it into your scalp in the evenings, there is no guarantee but it could help stimulate the hair follicles on your scalp and may help with your problem. I started doing it 4 days ago so it's too soon to see results yet but I'm hopeful. Mine is just regular thinning that occurs in men with age 😭 so we don't have the same issue but it might help us both. A warning though peppermint oil makes your skin feel extremely cold with a slight tingle for about 30 mins to an hour after applying.

Jonathan I have a request! I have naturally curly hair (3a) and I absolutely love it BUT it flattens, frizzes, or otherwise looks like a disaster after a day or two. ALSO my hair limits me on a lot of updo ideas, since so many I find are for straight or artificially curled hair, not natural curls. It is so hard to sift through info (and misinfo) on the internet, please would you bestow some relatively low-maintenance curl knowledge for 10 minutes??
