There's no "fast" way to make something good, it depends on your skill, experience & the time you have on your hands. This is a mep (multi editor project) with a total of 20 parts (& 18 participants) but it still took 2 months to finish it because not everyone works at the same pace. As for tutorials, it's very difficult to link you any since you can't learn everything at once or expect that you make smth awesome right off the bat. I suggest that you search on yt for tutorials in Sony Vegas, which is one of the most common & easiest pro programs that editors use. :)
Maya LH just add listenonrepeat instead of youtube in the url, for example ua-cam.com/video/ljfratdHXRE/v-deo.html ---> www.listenonrepeat.com/watch?v=ljfratdHXRE , or you can get an extesion for chrome that auto replays youtube videos
