If you notice Zion always gets hurt after he slims down. I know it goes against conventional science, but I honestly believe him putting on weight so easily is his body's natural way to protect itself from injury from his own athleticism. "A person this big should not be able to move like this" is what's always been said about Z. He's an anomaly, it's only logical that the way he is supposed to take care of his body is different also.
It’s because they never actually grew up, they played a kids game up until they were lucky and blessed enough to make it a career. They don’t know what it’s like to work 40 hours a week sometimes 2 jobs and have nothing to show for it because you spent it all on bills. They earned and worked for it though so it is what it is
I’m a pelicans fan and I’m glad they’re talking about this. Man New Orleans is one of the coolest cities and Zion is getting paid hundreds of millions of dollars. He doesn’t even have to do anything special. Pelicans fans will go crazy for him regardless but gd man he can’t even try to stay disciplined. Pisses me off because although Bi isn’t the healthiest ever he has way more discipline and respect from his peers. I get why a small market extended such a huge potential star in Zion initially but it’s BEEN time to move on
No one is looking at this from Zion perspective. Maybe Zion simply do not love the game. If he doesn’t love the game then Zion already won in life. He already signed his contract. He has generational wealth already and he barely had to apply himself to get that wealth. So even if he never gets another contract he is already worth 100’s of millions of dollars. Zion won already and if the nba keeps giving him big contracts for no reason then that’s on them. 🤷🏾♂️
@ if just simply wants out of NO do you really think he would do that by sabotaging his reputation, causing his love for the game to be questioned and making gm’s horrified of giving him a big long term contract. Yall just be saying anything. This dude simply doesn’t want to play basketball. He got his money and he cool with that.
Everyone knows this though. That's the most logical conclusion is that he doesn't care ans just wanted the money. Now hes got it he doesn't have to try. The Pelicans are the real goofy ones here.
I’m a Pelicans diehard. The issue is Zion’s stepdad. That’s who the “yes man” is. Any Pels fan will tell you, that dude has been coddling Z for years now. He’s not helping his son by always telling him his shit don’t stink, but dude ALWAYS in Z’s ear with some bullshit. Spoiled rotten bro, zero accountability.
He's a moron who cares about money and branding. Zion camp has community service as a PR lever doing it publicly only twice (once when he wanted his max deal and second when he had his sex scandal). The dad literally did a press conference about the sex scandal to children. When I saw that, I lost hope. Inflated ego "this how I became me" type stuff, sounding like Denzel at the end of Training Day. You're not lying. He'd be wise to use a different mentor who can help reframe his values. Someone like Kevin Garnett or Shaq imo. Bc when Garnett was young, it was maybe more about money. But as he got older, wanted to win. Or Shaq bc Shaq never had to develop his game and was able to carry extra weight but he still won rings and MVPs
I like the logic given for trading early. Give players time to sync with their new clubs. And don’t wait until tensions between two or among three get out of hand and have everyone taking sides. Plus waiting until the deadline and can be seen as desperate = “fire sale.”

Damn they had the force MJ NOT to play after he broke his foot. He played a full season at 39 years old. Todays players are Charmin soft.
They be spitting bars on nightcap 😂😂
Bro is rich, just use Ozempic lol
Maybe he just want out of New Orleans
@ if just simply wants out of NO do you really think he would do that by sabotaging his reputation, causing his love for the game to be questioned and making gm’s horrified of giving him a big long term contract. Yall just be saying anything. This dude simply doesn’t want to play basketball. He got his money and he cool with that.
Ok but it's the NBA's fault when they trade these injury prone players and don't want to give these players big contracts with guaranteed money?
Everyone knows this though. That's the most logical conclusion is that he doesn't care ans just wanted the money. Now hes got it he doesn't have to try. The Pelicans are the real goofy ones here.
J.R. and OCHO are BAKED (me as well) Turn UNC on...He'll Love it!!!
Shannon Sharpe, you ain’t always right my boi
That's why he and Steven 'A' bump heads. Both must have the last word!
Ain’t that what he said? 🤔
Where he wrong at on this topic?
@@grandtheftaudio6386he wasn’t! People are just simply stupid
Stop being regarded Zion not gonna share the 20K calories he eating a day with u
JR's eyes are glazed the funk over; high powered
