- The Cercados(Cercado sister) widely known as Gollayan Sisters,
now they call themselves as 'MICA' sisters.
Now, they call themselves as "4th Impact (4th Power)" at X-Factor UK.
4th Impact attracts a great deal of public attention not only in the UK, but also among the whole world!
Paraiso is one of the Smokey Mountain's signature hits in 90's.
Cercados recorded it in 2007.
their album is available at Mia music&Books' onlineshop in Japan

When this four young girls open their mouths to sing, you can hear the most beautiful melody of your life. a voice that will be remember for a long time++++++++++++
Ok, so everyone keeps saying that they are “Professionals”
which in a way, they are. They’ve been doing this since 2001 as they said in
their interviews. They’ve joined singing competitions in the Philippines and in
other countries but they never really made it BIG. Now, the whole world is
their stage, people from all over the globe are finally recognizing them. The X Factor UK is the biggest thing for
these girls, I hope they win!
Here is the group’s singing background. I sort of organized
it in a timeline. Hell, I do better research than UK papers. JHheeezzz. Haha.
early 2000's - FAM JAM families with singing talent competed
against each other, this was hosted by Francis Magalona (Philippine King of
Rap) and his daughter Maxene Magalona (Filipina celebrity). I don’t really know
which TV network aired it. They didn’t win this one, another teen group got
their spot, slightly older than the girls. Most likely because that other teen
group was more ‘marketable’.
Sometime in 2006 held in Hollywood, USA - WCOPA Junior Grand
Champion of the World (vocal group division) where they won 16 gold medals.
They were all below 18 years old at this time, hence they were in the Junior
Division and later after a few years were able to go back and compete in the
Senior Division.
2007 after winning WCOPA they recorded "Paraiso"
(Paradise) is one of the Smokey Mountain's signature hits in 90's (famous Philippine
Teen Group). They recorded it as the “Cercados” in 2007. Released an album in SEPTEMBER 2008 with 6
songs in it. Didn't really make it to the airwaves. I think it is available to buy online in
Amazon though. They were still teenagers when they recorded this. Celina, the
youngest of the four, was probably still eleven or twelve years old that time.
JULY 2011 - Talentadong Pinoy aired in TV 5, roughly
translated as “Talented Filipinos” and is somehow like the Freemantle Media’s
Got Talent franchise. They competed as the “Cercado Sisters” but based on the
comments on YT, they didn't get to the Finals, and got booted out, a dance
group apparently got more points than they did. One judge said that if ever
they didn't make it that night, it's only because they deserved more and
recognition for them was long overdue.
SEPTEMBER 2011 - Protégé : Battle for the Big Break aired in
(GMA 7) Made it until the ‘Face Off Round’ they were not chosen to become the
mentors’ protégé - by the judges, despite the positive comments. In the video
all the judges seemed impressed but they didn’t get chosen. They performed the same Christina Aguilera
song they did on the Six Chair Challenge of the X Factor UK.
APRIL 2012 release date (available on Amazon and iTunes)
they recorded an album called “Unstoppable!” but none of the major networks or
radio stations even paid attention to them and their talent. The whole thing
was a failure for the girls and the producer. Again, never made it on
Philippine mainstream TV or Radio.
OCTOBER 2012 competed as ‘Gollayan Family’ for
"SHOWTIME" aired in ABS-CBN. It’s a noon time variety show that held
a contest - ‘Bida Ka-Pamilya’ for talented families, where they performed with
their aunt and two uncles. They won this contest. Later appeared in the same show a few more
times for a production number.
DECEMBER 2012 KPop Star Hunt Season 2 - They auditioned,
made it to the elimination (Philippines only) but two other female solo singers
went to Korea instead.
JULY 2013 held in the
USA - World Championship of Performing Arts (WCOPA) Senior Division where they
won as “Vocal Group of the World”. WCOPA is like the Olympic Games for
performers all over the globe. After winning, they got featured in the news a
few times, and then nothing.
AUGUST 2014 joined Superstar K6 held in South Korea under
band name "MICA" made it to Top 8 only. In an interview, Irene said
that it was difficult for them to capture the Korean audience because they had
to sing Korean songs at each elimination stage during live shows.
Lastly, if you guys want to see the videos from YT (I have
gotten all this info from the internet! yayyy). Check out my playlist. The
playlist also includes the performances of the sisters in different venues and
shows.

Yes. I AM A 4th POWER FANATIC… (I’m Filipino, but I’m based
in New Zealand now).
I sort of ‘virtual stalk’ them. LOL.
#4thPower #4thImpact #XFActorUK
Nothing to be ashamed of, mate, I am in Australia and I have the same virus, and I am proud of it
I don't care if you can't make it girls... coz you've won the hearts of the people WW already!... way to go!...
hahaha. I did the vocal arrangement of this song for them (Cercado Sisters now 4th Impact) way back in 2005.
+Musical Dimension Is Ryan Cayabyab the composer of this song? I hope they could sing this wonderful emotional song at xfactor uk.
+ivy bisnar most probably yes
Wow congratz sir Renato Hebron. Best arrangement of this song. Celina's voice is liked a 5 year old girl.
goosebumps!!! the best version ever heard. they are like singing angels here.
their song's version is like a Disney Movie OST. wow! just wow!
Their voices are like Angels from Heaven.....Stay strong girls and God will guide you to great things in the future....
VERY PROUD TO LOVE A FILIPINA ASAWA
#PHILIPPINE FOR LIFE
This song's name means "Paradise" and is really a BEAUTIFUL composition (vocal, melody, lyric...) and desearve be re-recorded if they sign a new contract!
Great renditions of Paraiso Song, go for winning x factor UK. Show the world class talent you've got. Mabuhay kayo!
If they sung this at their current ages, it would sound like pure heaven like these girls are literal angels ❤
Whew so sooothing to listen ... eargasms at its best! rip reply button...
We know you are doing your darn best every time you perform in XF UK 2015. God will do rest.
We always support you! #4thimpact all the way!
them singing this song made me cry. they brought out the soul of the song that will truly reach your heart. well done girls.
love their voices and their passion in singing bravo
It was the time for the world to see your light girls!!!!
I hope they re-record this in a new track and have it released worldwide in a new label. This song is also an environmental song, good for the WORLD EARTH CONSCIOUSNESS DAY... they can relaunch this via the new album that they could make... I pray so! I love you so much, our FOUR POCKET ROCKETS!
+Rene Gomez - I totally agree! It could even be named "Paradise" (Translation from "Paraiso") which would be very commercial!
This is an amazing song vocally and also in melody and lyric!
+Adriano Benevides Magalhães Braga no doubt, this song will be a hit, this will touch so many lives...
THE greatest group pf my lifetime rite here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love them sooooooooooo much. I am just sad that Filipinos in the Philippines can't appreciate how talented these girls are. Anyways guys keep up the good work. Someday your talent will be noticed by other countries and the Philippines will regret that they didn't embrace your talent.
Wow...these sisters are really talented. No matter what, they are the true winners. It is true that they did not show up as Grand winners in the Philippines and Korea because these countries are not ready for the BiG talents. So now the whole wide world is your audience....keep up the good work! The humble beginnings...awesome! hope you will more shine in UK! Viva UK X factor. It's in their hands, Just wish you will be the Grand champion- 4th Impact.
no words can described how talented these sisters are awesome voices and singers can't get enough of them g

Wow... Celina is so young in that photo...
What a touching song. Hope UK X fator 2015 will definately change their lives!
Jesus.. they sing this song so beautifully.. I'll pray for the girls may their dreams come true. Greetings from Indonesia.
A short version of this would have blown Lauren away in the sing off.
+Frostfire613 It would not have blown Lauren off because that was a one in a lifetime vocal but I think it would have put Simon in a situation where he would have not allowed anyone to leave and eliminate two the next week. This song would have certainly brought all four judges to their feet. I agree Rene Gomez below that they should re-record this song.
Arrrgh! Those cute angelic voices! They're just kids when they recorded this yet they sound so good. damn.
Paraiso Means Paradise =D
OMG love this song...
go girls...go for gold....get the UK x factor 2015 crown....proud of u....
I love the rendition so much. I admire their performance even more. Certainly one of the best in our time.
these voices are always giving me goosebumps :) amazing
I just love stories of success that came from humble beginnings. You guys didn't gain that much popularity that you deserve in the Philippines and Korea because they were not ready to handle a big talent that you guys have. UK Will definitely change your life. Your talent is world worthy
Best rendition ever
wow these ladies are talented. never heard of them til xfactor uk
WOW! this rendition chills the whole of me..
That is a world class Filipino talent. Amazing!!!
every time I see pinoy compete in different part of the world. iwant to shout that im a filipino. walang katulad ang galing!
nice......choked up....so proud of you girls.
It just make me melt........
go 4th power u can do it by winning x factor uk....its funny people in our country doesnt give more attention and support....u deserve to be recognize internationally...mabuhay ang pinoy!...God bless girls
maybe they are the best among the best n 4th power no luck in your country n the spirit they got make them move until the whole world know them better
Correct.....
X Factor UK 2015 brought me here
+Mysweetings hahaha same here.
We can support them by buying their songs on Amazon., its just sad that only UK and US can purchase this. My PH card was not accepted
Their voices were so raw back then. It would've been fun if they have recorded their earlier Paraiso performance when Celina is I think 9 or 8 yo. Her voice then was so diff and suits the song very well. I hope they'll re-record it now.
Second call: Please sing this to XFactor UK. Everything is perfect and another perfect song to let the world hear a brilliant message to everyone: Unity, harmony, love and peace...Good luck go for the WIN!!!
Wow! This rendition is so touching!
love u 4i proud to be a dreamer forever
they should've sang this song in X Factor. Even if they didn't make it to the finals - they really made a mark not just in the Philippines and in Britain but also the world.
Aim high for the X Factor UK. We're behind you.
Amazing .
Sublime! Nakakayanig ng puso!

4th Power Bravo! go go go!!! i am one of your avid fans!
i love this version.. good luck on x factor uk..
bat kapag gnito kinakanta nila nkakaiyak talaga.. damangdama mo ung kanta..
God bless 4th power!
Wow,..you guys are incredible.
Sing this in X-factor 2015
Flawless, as ever😇. I agree singing this early on in X Factor would have displayed their diversity sooner & would have tipped the scales in their favour. But leaving the comp early has probably done them a favour by allowing them to showcase their talents at events such as The Clothes Show, bringing them to the attention of a wider audience.
mabuhay kayo 4th Impact
to the uploader. Pls add "4th impact" to the title for easy searching.
feeling like in paradise.feeling im in falls.
+Ma.Teresa Zamami Funny but I feel the same, including my British gf Siobhan
hearing this song is like I'm laying down on a flower filled grassy side of a water fall, with birds singing cheerfully on green trees and bushes, somewhere outside this noisy world...
mia mia..conquer the x factor uk sisters
Wow ! Now, I would like to smack the guy who told you guys that you're not good enough to make it. Does it take a foreign country to appreciate your music ? Man, that's why I always love an underdog.
hope that song will revive
Their harmonies though? I've never heard anything quite like it..
Correct me if I'm wrong, the voices at the start: Almira, Mylene, Irene and Celina right?
Nope, it's actually Irene, Almira, Mylene and then Celina. I mean that's what I think
+Ana Karen Or maybe I just based it from their earlier performance.
+athenstar10 I wasn't too sure if I knew who sang what either. For sure I know that Celina had the last line because her voice sounded young. I mean usually Irene or Almira starts off a song so it was kinda hard for me to tell
Don't know if you still care, four years later, but you were correct: Almira, Mylene, Irene and Celina.
👍👍👍👍
Di pa ba sila nadiscover sa Philippines bakit contest pa sa korea ko sila nakita via UA-cam pa! Nice MICA!!!
I have previously watched them on TV on singing contests in Philippines..I have always like their singing prowess ever since they were younger...I have also seen them on Phil TV news in the past of them winning (or being recognized) outside their country..and I am very happy that even if they are not somehow recogized (or not as popular) in their own country, there is a hope that they will make it big somewhere...their talent must be shared to the world.. :D
May album pala silaa? Omg
ganda =(
Honestly, I didn't know that they were really amazing before x-factor. I can name them all for what they look like now, but I cannot identify them in this cover photo. Can anyone tell who's mylene, irene, almira and celina in this photo? thanks
Almira-Irene-celina-mylene
paolo sabocor Thank you!
Did you know about the oldest sister that celina replaced
Just in case you care, two years later, Celina did NOT replace their older sister, Ivy. Almira is adamant in saying that they started out with five sisters in the group, but eventually Ivy left to go to nursing school. Their earliest performances as a foursome, such as on FamJam in 2005, were with Celina, not Ivy.
Saan makakabili ng album nila?
Meh. They should just stop tbh. Just accept the fact thay they don't have star power. No charm whatsoever.
it lacks power. harmony isnt enough to sing this song. parang may kulang sa pagkanta other than power.
they were just kids that time.
+Zairel Allen Santander thank u! :-)
+redjie rebugio I think power isn't necessary if you are singing an emotional song.
Jonard, i so agree.
I hope you can sing that in X Factor
