As you said, follicular dendritic cells have antigens loaded on them via their Fc receptors and present it to B cells.... from where these antibodies came from? Are these antibodies from primary immune response and these Folllicular dendritic cells play role in secondary immune response? Please help me in understanding this?

Good clarification of an extremely complex topic. I just wish all presenters would make it clear that there are THREE kinds of Dendritic Cells.

@@animatedbiologywitharpan sure...doing it already🙂
Does it mean that b cells can not be activated alone with their antigens unless it was presented firstly by follicular denderitic cells?
FDC playa a crucial role in B-cell activation and affinity maturation of antibodies.
FDCs are not antigen presenting cells but presents opsonized antigen to bcells?
Yes they dont fall into the definition of classic antigen presenter
Very useful...Do u read from script? when u shoot it

how does the antigen get to FDC?
I think it's because FDCs are located in the secondary lymph, and captured antigen is taken here via the normal Dendritic cells.
Too much useful
