It never really healed completely and as he's gotten older causes him pain if he overexerts himself. He's been advised not to dance (at least, not for the hours needed to learn the choreography) by his doctors if he doesn't want to damage his leg permanently. So SuJu has made special arrangements for him.
I literally imagined that they're in their 60s and having this house party. I am definitely sure that they are the coolest 60-year-old people who have strong bones, especially Leeteuk who danced excitedly and powerful that made Siwon and Shindong have that expression. lol
