In Psychology, yes. But in other fields, likert data may be treated as ordinal. It really depends on how likert data is treated in a specific field.

Yes. Mean or sum ng lahat ng items. Depende sa test or instrument pero madalas mean and kinukuha for the overall score.

You can use Ctrl + F then the replace function to manually reverse the scores.
