Hi Shaun, been watching your vids for a while now, was looking to move out to Camposol, but Brexit happened, , hopefully with Labour back in government possibility over overturning Brexit, then can begin looking @ Camposol property again ?, cheers mate

Hi shaun great video,I'll ask a question if I may looking at buying a place to spend 6 months of the year. Checked out golf complexes after watching your videos and they seem to quiet,campasol looks better just more going on, the question I have is is camposol like the golf complexes with 24 hour security so you feel safe leaving an empty property for 3 months or does it have non at all because I would worry that I got broken in to or found squatters on my return, thanks shaun.

Thank you Michael, glad you enjoyed the tour. Camposol does not have 24 hour security, nor fenced in. Many people have holiday homes here and you can have a property maintenance company look after your property while you are away. Also you can install security cameras on your property. Best thing is to check out Camposol first, then decide. Many thanks for watching 👍
You can largely mitigate the squatter problem with a monitored alarm system. Reacting in the first 48 hours is critical for getting them out. If intrusions are monitored then you have the chance to react in time. It isn’t perfect but it is a help, same all over Spain I am afraid.
If there where social groups for Brit Expats there I would come to that area, , Life is all about people, That would be a very isolated place to live, unless your a loner.
