This is my second time trying to apply gel nails and my first time was horrible!! Using your method was sooo much easier. I literally got two tiny air bubbles whereas my first time (using gel glue) I got bubbles in every single nail lol thank you!!!

Would you recommend wiping the first layer of gel on the natural nails with alcohol before applying the second layer with the gel tips?
Hi! You need the tackiness from the first layer to adhere the second layer that gets the tips to stick onto it. Without the tacky layer- when you apply the full covers with gel, they’ll fall off quickly!
Would this work with plastic tips?

Can you still soak off if using builder gel??
You absolutely can! But most people choose to just to fills and efile instead. I’ve been using an efile and haven’t soaked off in over 3.5 years!
Would this work with hard gel instead of builder?
I personally haven’t tried hard gel. Only builder gel, rubber base, and polygel. It works with all those really well!! I’m not sure if hard gels cures too hard and would crack the full cover tip. That would be my only concern!
You should've finished them with builder gel on top, I thought that was the point of the video?

how long do yours last?
They last a few weeks until they start to grow out! I did fills with builder gel!

@@NicolesBeautyScene thankyou! I’ve been using beetles glue and tips and auisa primer and dehydrator from amazon but the nails aren’t staying on longer than 2 days but I’ve been following all the tips so i’m wondering if builder gel will make it stronger before i invest in an expensive primer
