I am like you, a rough old trowel who's grandfather and great grandfather did things with wood we can only dream of. I can still smell the workshop, and the chisels rattling as I opened the cabinet door and saw them in a rack on the inside of the door. I would come down just to look at your tools! I am OK working with wood now, I think it is in the genes.
