- Lyrics could have various interpretations but it kinda sounds like it is about being vegan or embracing vegetarianism. I personally think, the lyrics are about changing yourself for good & becoming the best version of yourself & to bring about a positive change in the world.
Gojira is my all-time favorite band (literally) & Silvera is the track that introduced me to them. So, this has a special place in my heart.

Always wondered why the song was named "Silvera". Btw this was my second Gojira song and yes I fucking love the band
They used the name Silvera because this was the first song they wrote/composed in their Silver Cord Studio (Queens, NY) which they constructed back in 2015-16. And, lemme guess, your 1st song was Stranded?

If you want to think this that's fine, I personally find that it means how we are controled and how ellites wants us to be lazy, but we need to be better than that and become our best versions

@@Rryan8065 No other blood in me but mine. Pretty much all Gojira's songs are about how humans are destroying the earth. This song is how by refusing to drink the blood of others you can change/save the world. Call it vegan, or environmentalism, or apocalyptic. This song is about how humans are the bad guys, but also how we can defy it.
