Great video! I wanted to define Gaussian curvature in my video on non-Euclidean geometry, but there wasn't enough time. You were able to do it more rigorously than I could have. It makes me happy that there are so many SoME2 submissions that complement each other well!
I see you dont make any more differential geometry video?....please make more videos if you can on differential geometry man...because you have a unique way of explaining it!!
Great work ! Can I ask you what motivated you to make the video of this high quality in the first place ? To help students ? To market your visualization tools/github repository for geometry visualization ? Side project to level up your python skills ? Or you want to build a UA-cam channel related to geometry algorithm ?
Feedback: Most of the content is from Do Carmo, Differential Geometry of Curves and Surfaces. First, I doubt that one could really understand rigorous differential geometry without deep knowledge in advanced calculus and linear algebra. Secondly, I strongly recommend you adding back a reference to the book. Good things about your video: 1) surfaces with slider help explain a lot, and 2) this video is probably quite suitable for having a glimpse at the book.
Feedback: 11:50 Using “S” in two different ways right next to each other is a little wonky. At the very least, it would be good to add a small clarification note onscreen.
My differential geometry professor recommended your video!
Fantastic explanation! Subscribed.
Beautifully explained, correct level of animation, exploration!! Thank you man!! Keep up ..

Thank you so much! The paper crane example is also very inspiring, I really learned a lot from SoME2 submissions
Very clear and neat demonstration, thank you
Best explanation across UA-cam.
cool, it was a great explanation
I really like your approach to explain topics. Hope to see more from you in the future!
Thank you very much! Sure I will keep making new video!
Great video, I really enjoyed! I was really looking for Gaussian curvature explanation.
Wow, what an amazing video!
Could you tell me how you made the slides?
It's a little program I wrote using javascript
Thank you, amazing video!
Thank you very much! I hope it helps!

great lecture, may i ask what is the program you are using to do the animations ?
Thank you! It's a little program I wrote using javascript

I agree, the reference is added in description
Thank you very much for the feedback!
Can you do a video on Grobner bases ?

Indeed! Thanks.
what kind of software was used for the graphics??
Can you prove Theorema Egregium?
