Does argon gas really work? Thermal imaging gun live test.

Does argon gas really work? Well I bought a $450 thermal imaging gun to test it. Energy Windows LLC tested the difference between triple pane and double pane windows inside and out to see the temperature barrier difference. It is amazing what Energy Windows LLC can do with the little space we have to insulate. Test performed with standard argon in windows.

False reading.The Emissivity is wrong on the camera .87 is the proper Emissivity & the angle you take the reading makes a big difference. I suggest you to take a thermal imaging certification

I like showing the customer the video of their cherry lit red windows then the next day installing new ones big difference either way you hold the camera. As far as a thermal imaging certification I think I’m good there this was just to get a grasp what was going on. Works great for doors inside the house and finding air leaks
