Probably one of the best and most up to date advise videos! I was just watching one recommending the speech to be 10+ minutes! IMO 5 minutes would be the limit if you have other guest speaking. Maybe 3 minutes ideally
@@Onlybadtakes2589 Much appreciated. Overall it’s about quality over quantity. I suggest aiming for 5 min because it’s long enough to say everything and short enough not to lose people’s attention. But whatever the length, the key is making sure that everything you’ve included has a clear reason to be there and moves the speech forward. Dont stress about length while you’re writing. Write it fat, and then trim it down.
