True, a friend I thought I trusted, knew I was looking into buying land, I had come but couldn't find a good land in an area I wanted, then I friend emailed that she had found an acre of land in the area I had wanted, I was excited, but the next day while I considering to buy a ticket to go, she sent me over 10 emails, 10s of whatsapp messages that I should hurry to send money otherwise I am missing out, that was a red flag, I lost interest, she got so upset, 6 months later I came home only to find out that she was working with the same property master I told her was useless, what they wanted to sell to me was the same land I did want, when I confronted her she just laughed it off this is a person I trusted because she is a long time business person and a good friend of my month, a year later I found land through a recommended agent and all went well
