Quan Hoang market used to belong to Cam Hoang commune, Cam Thuy district, now belongs to Vinh Quang (Vinh Loc) and Cam Van (Cam Thuy) communes. This land along the Ma river is under the wharf, going back and forth, to the whole land of Kinh Ky, Ke Cho, converging not only the products on the forest and the sea but also the cultural colors of all regions. (including the upper part of Laos) gather here to show off their beauty. Quan Hoang Market is reminiscent of as a beautiful and heart-fluttering memory, where Nga Nga held a festival to pick up her husband and met Hai Match, a talented couple, a sharp girl who fell in love with each other, remained faithful to each other, and did not leave until death.. . is forever a beautiful love song and will remain forever in the hearts of many generations.
