I’ve had the original set of these and still have the IW version. They’re great little alarms but I have two pieces of advice for new owners. You need to have spare batteries for the alarm heads as the batteries they use are not freely available from garages or supermarkets , possibly you would get them in tackle shops if they stock them but do not get caught out without spares otherwise you’re stuffed. Secondly, the sensitivity is only adjustable by changing the roller wheels which are £8 to £10 each……Ive always used the 4 magnet wheels and they’re fine but I done that mainly to buy the coloured wheels to match the LED. Two magnet wheels are less sensitive but should register all but the most slow of takes. That said I’ve had no trouble from them and will continue to use them.
My second set after selling up and starting carping again 8 years later and still the only alarms i wanted, simple reliability is unmatched
