Just some things I've observed. Screen crack can apparently miss( both my s were on cd during the 3rd crack but i did not die, a miss appeared on top of my char). Snake strike usually appears after detonation, petrify usually occurs after he summons the 2 snake underlings(or whatever its called). But like what u said, cracks do mess up the rotations. I have been hit with back to back petrify on a few occassions. Magic crash, dr before it ends, and then chain into magic crash again before dr ends.
Yes, you’ll want full emblems eventually and it takes a long time as a f2p. Emblems are dirt cheap these days, often less than 1b per piece for CD uniques in my server compared to back when I was farming for them. You’ll get there eventually if you!re patient enough

You can do it. Just takes patience. 5min+ fight for sure
