I have a question. Do the police in Europe and America have the right to kill anyone who wants to steal the weapon? Please I want an answer to my question. In Germany and America, the police have the right to shoot the head in case of theft or attempt to steal the weapon...Although the police shot him and the policeman removed him from the car and the man with injuries, there were possible cases, even if it was at least 50 percent, that the officer did not kill him in the head and he could have fired a bullet anywhere in his body and got away from The president because he was shot and no longer moved or resisted. I don't subscribe to American police laws or training, but there was so much hope this guy could live

@@skyhawk4946 WRONG! 15 year cop. You never handled a DWOC? Just because it was reported stolen doesn't mean the driver is the thief. You cannot have backup on every call. Sometimes you have to put on your bigboy pants and do the job. Multiple shots fired was of course iffy.
Adrenaline. ...It's also why they'll keep repeating "Get On The Ground!!" even after a suspect is already on the ground and they should have switched commands to "Hands Behind Your Back!!". If you have to confront a much bigger fella than you, call for backup first then buy some time chatting with the suspect at distance until your backup arrives.
It's not just that. There's a teachable moment regarding how the suspect was approached and body positioning. His went against the training that's supposed to be used with ANYONE. It has little to do with the suspect's size.

OH MY GOD WHO IN THE HELL IS TRAINING THE OFFICERS IN THAT DEPARTMENT?!?!?!? 1- you have a stolen truck and ONE officer approaches it, tries to detain the driver by HIMSELF, by cuffing the driver of the stolen truck w/hands IN FRONT are you KIDDING ME. and at that point after you've tried to detain him you THEN MARK OUT OVER THE RADIO YOUR LOCATION AND WHAT YOU'RE DOING? good lord that first officer is lucky to be alive that is textbook on WHAT NOT TO DO if you're thinking about being a police officer. 2-Then the other officer shows up, sees the squad car crash into the McDonald's parking lot and calls out that it crashed...AT A WALMART...then knowing that the detained subject was last known to be fighting with the first officer but not seeing or hearing from the first officer since, they show up and start emptying rounds INTO THE FIRST OFFICER'S SQUAD VEHICLE that the first officer IS CURRENTLY INSIDE OF!!!!!! Again...thank god all the officers were ok after this. That's what matters. But this whole incident was an example of what departments should show their officers in training and tell them..."you see this? DO NOT DO ANY OF THIS"
It reminds me of an incident where a sheriff pulled a car over on a two-lane rural road and asked the Hispanic driver to come back to his vehicle. Four guys got out with one taking off his hat. He wrestled with the Sheriff, took his pistol, and shot him. Body & dash cam plus audio - the man’s final moments struggling to breathe and the family permitted it to be used for training. Reminds me of a similar incident (Texas again) where DPS pulls a carload over and a physical attempt is made against the officer with him zig-zag running back to his cruiser while firing behind him. The result: two guys dead and their homies wounded! The LEO in this vid seemed like a Barney!

He he murdered a man lying on the ground with 3 point blank shots to the head. That was fucking disgusting. He's been waiting to use that gun since he joined the force.
At a technicality level, you’re probably right, but I could never morally convict someone for this. From the moment the attacker showed the intent and willingness to murder the officer, he was an active extreme threat. He had no more right to life at the expense of any level, whatsoever, or threat to the officer. Could they put him on his knees and execute him? No. But can they see someone not complying in a time constrained environment and continue to engage, in my opinion, absolutely. Protection of the aggressive, illegal, deadly attacker is in no way a priority in that situation.
The cop did the proper thing with his hands, which is to force the pistol into the holster, preventing it from being drawn. Where he messed up is in trying to stay standing. If he'd pulled guard and used his legs to fight his attacker's arms he could have made enough space to draw and fire. None of that gets easier if you panic.
the suspect is bigger/stronger, better to keep control of the weapon, not force anything else that might go badly, and remember time is HEAVY on your side
You can stay calm and still fight for your life. This is the result of pussifying cops today. Pleading with a perp to let you go and everything will be ok. The cop had horrible tactics in the first place that got him in that situation.

DO NOT DO ANY OF THIS"
Yea this was rough to watch
It reminds me of an incident where a sheriff pulled a car over on a two-lane rural road and asked the Hispanic driver to come back to his vehicle. Four guys got out with one taking off his hat. He wrestled with the Sheriff, took his pistol, and shot him. Body & dash cam plus audio - the man’s final moments struggling to breathe and the family permitted it to be used for training. This is why it is good to see the entire video. Initially, folks questioned why the officer pulled him out and shot him like that. But from their perspective he may have gotten the officers weapon b/c they heard him say several times to get off of it. They had no clue if he had possession of it so the threat was not over. Good job to all the officers involved in this incident.

@@Rhapbus1 You on crack bro did you not watch the video
@@Rhapbus1 Exactly, he was quite obviously a threat, the Officer shouting "he's trying to take my gun" clearly shows he's a threat, him trying to steal the police car and almost crashing into an open business shows he's a threat, so yeah they confirmed he's a threat, you're an idiot. Besides, if you can't show you perceived something to be a threat by articulation in court than you're an idiot to shoot them anyways, which by the sounds of it is spot on. Dude also looked like he was grabbing at the Officers gear when he dragged him out, but that's irrelevant. "If I shot someone I thought might be a threat but wasn't I'd go to prison" are you really too stupid to properly identify a threat?

The Officer that pulled him out of the car and did what was necessary to render the situation safe is what a legitimate brother in arms looks like. He put his career and future at risk to make sure his partner was safe against an objectively extremely deadly and extremely violent criminal.

It strikes me how calm the officer was. I would have been fighting for my life. Striking his head, kneeing, sh*t even biting..
Be calm is reason whay is he alive today
