For me, the kodansha one is the best. I mean look at the design! Its so detailed illustration. I have the kodansha one btw. And i cant wait to draw each of the cards! 😊
I know it’s been a while but did you draw them? And did you make your own style of clow cards like people do on Etsy and sell them. I’d love to see your work.

While it is quite a nice set, I could notice that some of the cards had the illustrations of the Sakura Cards instead of the original Clow Card illustrations

...Ouch. I mean, I understand why people didn't like that dub(mostly just puristic bias, but there's probably something else I'm not aware of), but that doesn't mean you have to hate on me for liking it. =(

The Us version cut content like there was no tomorrow,the anime itself was trying to appeal to a wider demographic in the us that's why it was called card captors and not card captor sakura ,any and all romantic implications were cut,it was made into a cookie cutter action anime,and the entire show feels sloppy and rushed,for the record,yukito and toya are more than just best friends,syoran had feelings for sakura and even yukito early on,all this lost in card captors
BlueJavelin Also,Syaoran is lee,syaoran is his first name lee is his surname but he's just called lee in the dub for some reason, the op you remember is nothing but a byproduct of the American version trying to be hip and cool and trying to get boys to watch,actar himself did an article on it called the Americanization of card captor sakura,its a good read,check it out

@@dayachan4398 I don’t know if you got a set yet but you can get them all over. Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Toybizz or just google clow card set and hit the shopping button they have so many different sets some are expensive and some are cheaper like 36$ or 17$ most are sold from China or Japan so you will wait like 3 weeks to get them on etsy I found one that sells them from California but they were tiny the design was accurate but they were a a hair taller then playing cards so I had to order a new set on Amazon which comes with the book 56 cards and the key pendant keychain with it and the cards are the full size cards. So always ask questions before buying and look at the reviews and the sellers ratings.
When I heard about that they will remake the replicas of the CCS,i was dying to look for...but as time flies by, i realized it was SO EXPENSIVE for me to get either one of them. Do you think its better for me to buy them when I get the chance to earn more money to travel to Japan to buy it there? And cant wait for your next CCS preview video!!!^^

I got all three cards in the regular clow card set so they come in both sets I just didn’t want the pink cards wish they had them in blue that’s be awesome.

So sorry. Did you ever get another set you can get them on Amazon for 17$ they jus don’t come in the actual book. I bought that set then ordered the set that comes with the actual clow book and I’m excited to get it but since I ordered it two days ago it hasn’t shipped yet lol
