I literally shipped them in the beginning when they first met. Bc I could tell the chemistry was there It just needed a little work. And in the end, Ximen had GREAT character development, and learned how to love someone which was one of his biggest struggles. I liked them together and I am so glad they worked out in the end. 😌

The original drama is Meteor Garden 2001 but the original story is from the japanese manga ‘Hana Yori Dango’. BOF is just a cheap version of Meteor Garden and Hana Yori Dango with terrible acting from the lead couple منو عات
@@fadouakou5682 maybe to you but not to everyone. for me, it was the hana yori dango anime then drama. BOF is just a little bit better in the production, but the storyline is better in the japanese and taiwanese version.
The Anime and Manga version were a bit violent but good. The Taiwanese version was campy at times but it will always be the most iconic adaptation of the whole story. From the hair, cookies, love triangles, etc. There were some characters that didn't get their happy endings but that's also part of the reason why the fans get to cherish the other supporting characters. What's good about the Korean version is that it had better production: location, wardrobe, etc. And explored more about the 2nd lead guy which KDramas are popular for. In this new version, mostly everyone gets to have a good ending, even the mom gets to have redeeming scene, something the 1st Taiwanese version didn't do even in the 2nd version. They basically painted Dao Ming Feng as this evil power hungry matriarch, they could have given her more dimension. TL; DR: All versions have their weaknesses and strengths. With this one, at least the 2nd couple's story had a good ending.

In this new version, mostly everyone gets to have a good ending, even the mom gets to have redeeming scene, something the 1st Taiwanese version didn't do even in the 2nd version. They basically painted Dao Ming Feng as this evil power hungry matriarch, they could have given her more dimension.
TL; DR: All versions have their weaknesses and strengths. With this one, at least the 2nd couple's story had a good ending.
