Nice tutorial. Appreciate the voltage level and balancing cautions. Also, 14ga is my preferred balancing wire :) (from a nice roll of THHN on the shelf)

Nice job sir, as usual. Do u know of any practical use for a single cell? Like converting it into a power bank or something like that. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Thanks! Yeah, I've thought about the single cell thing too as I have a few oddball single cells. Probably use a boost converter, but also have a 1s BMS, and I guess it's logical to include a buck converter to charge. Hmm maybe I'll build one, and do a video.

You did it wrong, all packs are supposed to be paralleled first, then series the paralleled packs only at the top. Should be 4-columbs of paralleled packs.

They are paralleled. You must have missed the part where i soldered the links that parallel the cells.

@@BradCagle yes, I saw that. But you series the cells, then paralleled All. You have to parallel two packs for each bank. Then series the sets. You seriesed the pack, then paralleled them together. I just built my first pack, and learned this.

@@rolanddvcourtThe order doesn't matter, I've built many packs over the last 12 years.
