Why would you start a video that with apart already tore apart. That's the reason why people come watch your videos how learn how to take it things apart
Yes, what the video doesn't show is that the screw to remove the fan is a left hand thread. Be care or you will twist it off if you left hand turn to take it off.
So the screw holding the connecting rod to the crank is reverse threaded? Well, that explains it. OP needs to post the rest of the video - the first part please.
Facts! I came here for assistance with unbolting the arm because mine won’t budge and looked here for tips only to see video starts with arm already off of sprocket🤦🏾♂️
I just want to point out that the screw holding the plastic fan on needs to be turned clockwise to loosen. i nearly broke mine by turning it the "normal" way you would turn a screw to loosen it. I had to observe this video seeing him turning the screw counterclockwise in order to tighten it. Perhaps this should have been pointed out.
Your video was the only one that got the belt on!! I wasn't working on this same model so I couldn't use a screwdriver - no holes. Instead I used a c-clamp to hold the distance around the motor sprocket.
Great video -- Update: 6/14/2020 I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOUR VIDEO! I could not figure out how to put the belt on and use your method with the screwdriver THANKS YOU!! Your video was the only one I could find on UA-cam. this common air compressor pump is used by Husky, Harbor Freight 67696, 62511, Bostich and many other pancake compressors. I removed the piston with a gear puller & reinstalled by using a large socket and bar clamp to press it back on to the shaft.

It would be helpful to see how the unit was disassembled prior to the belt replacement. I can replace the belt, I don’t know how to get to this point.
Keith Barrack this is so true

So you have to disassemble the entire thing to replace the belt...really
Thanks for showing this.

It was really strong experience that.. But finally I won. Thanks
Thank you for including how it took more than one try to get the belt stretched. Gives me hope.
