The way I see it everyone gets hardcountered, so do high ranking players. Some games you just can't win, that is the game. The best players reduce their amount of hardcounter matchups with smart teamcomps, and play well enough to win a good amount of their almost hardcounter games.
@@Andriod19_24 Unironically I always find the push from Ace to Veteran harder than Vet to Expert lol. Obviously Expert to Legend is extremely rough because you're only facing very good players, but Ace is like the wild west. Some days you'll run into people running a bunch of meta teams, other days insane spice or team comps that make zero sense. At least in the higher ranks even if there's very little room for error, a large majority of people are running good team comps so team reading is something you can effectively do to help win your matches. In Ace, you cant really do that lmao. Sometimes you'll run into a guy running a triple Fire team in a meta that is 75% Water-types and you'll lose because you didn't expect there to be yet ANOTHER Fire in the back 😂
@MattSinkinson that's what I did but I was getting hard countered & had to switch my team up. Maybe I'll try it again but now I'm using shadow Gligar, shadow Feraligatr & Skarmory.
I noticed that core broker but couldnt build a team arround. I tried with this team here what I face in one set Game 1 : Skarmory lead Lanturn in the back Game 2 : Skarmory lead Azu in the back Game 3 : Venusaur Game 4 : Empleon - double dragon ,
Hey bro I played you today with Mantine Ape and Lanturn and threw the game by giving farm to your Skelefirge. It was painful bro but I think could’ve won if I came straight ape. I’ve never hit legend so that’s my goal and I was at 2688 but not on leaderboard refresh yet then dropped to 2600. Ggs though I trolled but I’m going for that Legend
So you’re cool with a charm down and dragon breath team but got an issue with a team that has a single razor leaf user? Go sit in the corner until a grown up tells you you’re out of time out.
Looking at the occasional pvp video which pops onto my feed makes me utterly convinced I did thr right thing by not only stopping playing but deleting my account. Can't believe as a grown man I wasted 7 yrs playing this ridiculous tap tap crap 😂
There are plenty players that reach expert in master league, but later in the season. Since the player pool in master league is much smaller than for great league it can be difficult or even just impossible to find matches at high ranking. Even in great league it's taking me up to 5 minutes to find a single battle sometimes. And these long queue times increase much much more for master league.
Bro is being so modest while bodying the competition
yeah gotta get that special attack boost
I am still baffled by the fact that feraligatr has become a legit good pick 🐊❤️
How are yall reaching high ranks without getting hit with the super hard counters that always make u go negative when you get so close
Fr if i ran that team first encounter would be a skarmory lanturn wiggly team lol
skill

I think it’s because the “hard counters” happen at lower ranks because they use more neiche Pokémon and at the top they’re using top 1-50 pokemon

I’m crossing my fingers that totodile comes back to balloons during this upcoming rocket takeover event but I’m doubtful
It is! With piplup
It is Tuff to Wiggle out of that situation 😅
ilu
I think the other guy at rank 45 is better tbh
Humble too
what could you use instead of goodra? Amazing plays btw!
Other dragons like dragonair/hakamo-o/giratina-o/altaria could work
Glad someone asked bc I was wondering the same thing. I do have Dragonair & Altaria.
I like this team with shadow dragonair in the goodra slot

I was the very first battle. GG, wiggly is terrible for me lol
Gg!
What is a great iv for wigglypuff?
Yo man i like this team a lot actually! May try ot it out
Hope it works out!
Could try catching the icy wind on feraligatr or just wait for them to icy wind and dip
interesting to see, if Goomy ever gets a CD, what move will they give Goodra
Does the move charm have some kind of secondary effect that debuffs the opponent? The animation looks like that
It doesn't. It only looks like that because the animation is ripped straight from the mainline 3d Pokémon games
I tip my hat to you. I am taking a break from PVP.
You mentioned Bastiodon double ghost, but Bastiodon double grass with shadow Vic and Trev as the safe swap has gotten me +300 since Friday.
wow bro your so good at tapping your screen gz. best of luck on your ace push.

@@TheRealMrAndrew simmer down princess not everyone can run basti as good as you. wow amazing. keep me posted on your legend push this season.
I got to 2350 and now I'm down to 1900 all in one day

Can you use my great league team?
Galarian stunfisk
Venusaur (safe swap and non shadow)
Drifblim (hex)
Big drifblim fan. What moveset are you running?
@@ThoTechtical I’m running hex because he’s the closer and I need the energy gain
I think Venu safe swap to get rid of the azumarils registeels lanterns even maybe a greninja or two will be great for a drifblim trying to sweep
None of this is ever reached in master league ?
