I find if the area has obstacles make yourself part of the obstacle and make it a rule not to run within 6ft of yourself. That way you're always avoiding the obstacle and you got something to lean on.

@shiraz18744 hi, no not really, the speed pinion is for speed runs but I wouldn't use it permanently with the stock motor and esc as its not recommended.
