Where do you take this data from? Mexico was the first country in the whole continent that recognized the USSR, and we also had many relevant people who shared their values, we also had a social revolution, this is bullshit.

The Union loved the Russian Empire during the Civil war. The reason was because during the Civil war, the Confederates were supported by the British and the French. Russia was constantly fighting Britain. They cared for America and hence, Russian soldier were sent all the way to San Francisco to fight for the Union. If we could have them shake their hands. It would be better.
