The scammers want to control you and to steal as much money from you as they can. Unfortunately, some people fall in their scams and they lose their money. If no one sends money to the scammers, then the scammers will have to look for other jobs, and they forget about scamming. Some people are so weird to the point where they do not even believe their own bank staff, but they trust total strangers overseas in India, Jamaica, Nigeria, Ghana...etc, and they send them their money!.

My Mother was almost a victim. She's 78. If she didn't call me to ask questions about what they were calling her about, they definitely would've gotten her. She called my phone just in time, cause I had JUST gotten inside my house from work

Just ran into a lady at a tavern and she got took for $800 by a pop up/hacker/tech support scam. She was so embarrassed and then told me that I knew more about scam than anyone she talked to. This is an education.

last time i got a scam call, i put my phone under the biggest cooking pot i had, took two ladles, and banged up that pot the best i could, 20 seconds later i looked at the phone, and the call was still up.. time for an encore.. 20 seconds more of safri duo, and the scammer hanged up-.-.
