First time in awhile you didn't have a beer.
I was very interested in this video. I looked up this place and the prices seem pretty reasonable for what we see--10000 to 15000 for the course menu--but sasuga our presenter had several beverages, some quite expensive-looking. The oxtail was particularly interesting--I'm only familiar with coda alla vaccinara and, from ages ago, my memories of Crosse & Blackwell oxtail soup--oh, right, I've also eaten quite a bit of Cuban and Dominican rabo guisado

I made a reservation. However I am now worrying about the raw meat, even I am aware the quality should be high.
this seems more like a wine tasting with some fancy sides.... the meat is good quality but i would expect more 'meat' the then 'meat from' if i were having a 'meat' experience.... I dont want to eat the liver when there is over a 1000 kgs of meat to eat.....
