I know that the rigs in this video won't work in many parts of Europe due to their size but wonder how much they cost to run compared to the smaller Euro style ambulances

I mean, the currency is different so it is hard to compare. We would also need how many miles the ambulance has and how much it cost to fill a gallon in their gas tank.
I am no vehicle expert so yeah.

When will LEDs be mandatory? Halogen lights just seem to be dangerous to me at this point. They're cool for an old school look but they're very hard to see in the day.

teun studio the first one with the bottom light bar being halogen and there was a few others in there where the lights were halogen. If you really can't see the difference in brightness id go get you're vision checked if I were you. Yes they can still be seen in the day but not quite as easily as an LED. The LEDs are far brighter...
